I dont usually like going here cause the tables and chairs are always dirty, but my daughter loves their pancakes so we went there to eat. Well I honestly didnt know kids eat free, so when I checked out they took my daughters off the ticket which was nice, but I was trying to use my 10% off coupon from my smart card I purchased. The lady checking me out said she wouldnt honor the coupon cause I was already getting a discount. I was so confused at this point cause the kids eat free is their in house thing they do, my coupon was purchased, so are you telling me I cant ever use it? She said I would have to come without my child if i wanted to ever use it!!! Are you kidding me? I will never go back! What kind of craziness is that! She lost me as a customer for good! Wow! Some way to please your customer!

I walked into this place on a Saturday morning at 9:30. Its packed with people talking, kids laughing, workers bustling about. I was seated in 5 minutes. (Granted I was alone) Withing 60 seconds I had ordered my drink and received it. Within 10 minutes I had my food served to me with a smile. The entire staff works as a team. If my waitress was too busy to get me a refill the hostess took care of it for her. I walked in expecting to be here for an hour before I finished eating but, today Ive only been here for thirty minutes and Im stuffed! (Colorado Omelette

It was bad bad bad. Glass was dirty caked on dirt. Eggs not fully cooked. Bacon like rubber. Pancakes were good but that was the only good thing. Waitress was friendly but was not good about keeping our drinks filled. It was not busy at all but we couldnt get our check. The wait staff was more interested in standing around talking to one another then helping guests. Will not be going back.

U guys are AWESOME AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. My mom doesnt go anywhere else when its breakfast time. I pray one day soon u will put one in Natchez Mississippi the people love to eat out there so I really think that your restaurant will do well out there. My girlfriend & I walked in and was seated by the greeter..the restaurant was empty. There were waitresss and waiters were walking around cleaning tables and also looking at us sitting there. We waited 10 mins then finally got up and politely asked the manager why Nobody has came to our table? She didnt know what to say. On that note we both left.

Service is sub par. Food is okay, a drunk person could care less. During busy morning Rush its a lot better than late night kitchen cooks. Also, i have sat facing the kitchen before and saw a cook send food over the counter, reach up and grab something off the plate and eat it. All the kitchen staff chuckled until they saw me staring in disgust.

We eat here every couple of months and the food has always been served hot and always tastes great, especially love the strawberry crepes. Service pretty good but cashier and lobby area usually needs to be cleaned and bathrooms need to be checked more often. Wish there was an IHOP closer to our home but love it when we get up to Murfreesboro.

Food was EXCELLENT. Our waitress was EXCELLENT. Turnoff was the manager had loud arguments with two former employees looking for their check, and two customers that had a problem with their order and didnt want to pay for something. I dont know if the guy is confrontational, or this area is bad, but it kind of ruined a nice family lunch...

Normally I give a five but lately they are off on the waffles. I love their waffles and this time it was almost burned. Nobody offered to take it back in when I complained. I shouldnt have to ask. One waffle, a side of strawberries and a coffee is like 9 bucks. I dont mind paying that but it should be right. Just saying

See pics of empty dining room & crowded waiting area. Excuse - "our kitchen got behind". Poor management. Seat folks & offer free coffee with apology, dont leave them bunched up in a waiting line. Once seated, we requested to order immediately to avoid the 2nd backlog & had quick, courteous service, good food.

If I can give this place a negative one star I would, but I cant. In other words the worst omelet I have ate in a long time. Waffle House has better omelets than this place by far. When I went home I got extremely sick. I promise I will not be coming back here EVER and Im from Memphis!!

I hope is a great place for pancakes! Not so much steak. The pancakes are fluffy and perfect with butter and the right amount of syrup. I ordered the steak which wasnt all to bad, but for the price of $13.99, you could find better steak. Overall, good experience.

This place is not 24hrs. Had a paper sign on the window stating that they open at 6:30am. Finally left at 6:40, employee saw us arrive at 6:20am and didnt do anything. Us and three other cars left. Worst customer service.

The food is great, and no one has ever gotten our order wrong. The waiters and waitresses are polite and do a find job every time. My only complaint would be how packed the place stays, which is no fault of the business.

Been a semi-regular at this location all year, I have always received great service and fresh food, even in busy times. Sometimes, they tend to rush you, but they did have a lobby of people waiting to be seated.

It was ok. I ordered a steak omelet and am used to IHOP making those very well.. but this one had a lot of grisle in it. Service was ok. Location was ok. I wouldnt prefer it, but would stop there again.

Food great still tring to figure out how a meal and 2 sides came out to over 25 buck. I think they played with how they entered it so i would jave to pay more and they would get a bigger tip. Smh.

Have only 4 stars because they used cheap cheese on my omelet. Other than that it was amazing. Great food, wonderful server, clean inside and out. Try the raspberry pancakes! They are amazing!

I agree, the wait staff at night is disastrous and horrible! Also, there are a ton of cops always sitting in there at night harassing the citizenry. Do not recommend ever!

Friendly staff! Pancakes are OK but I expected more from the syrup. Yall are behind Cracker Barrel when it comes to pancakes yo! Omelettes are however top class!

Honestly I had the worst service ever. Our waitress only came once, when she took our order, brought our food and never came to check on us. The service sucks.
