This Place Needs To Close The Employees Were Hateful. Th ice machine was broke, they said no chicken or chicken frys, they had a grease fire so no chicken could be fixed. The air was not working when we got our food it was nasty. The employees were taking turns smoking cigarettes and talking to friends outside and in the door way. Making fun of me because and my family cause I was using my walker cause I was hurting and walking slow. Its bad when the drinks are hot and food is nasty. ... go buy ice... clean up the place. Have respect.

If it was possible to give this place a zero I would. But Im gonna give it a 5 so people see my comment. I am 6 months pregnant so of course I want my food correct and warm. No. The fries were cold and very soggy. Actually made my morning sickness come back from how bad they were. The whopper was smooshed beyond reconstruction and just plain nasty. They girls at the front were flirting with my husband while his PREGNANT WIFE was right there. I about hurtled that counter.. lets just say.. I wont be back. Ever. This place is DISGUSTING!

My wifes fried chicken sandwich was over cooked dry and cold. The cheese wasnt even melted.. My bacon king looked as if my burger paddy had been torn apart and thrown back together. Also my bacon was burnt... This BK has always been hit and miss, but now its really bad. That and my wifes meal was advertised $6.99 but was actually $7.49...

The only reason I give 3 stars is because the staff was so polite. We order 3 of the 2 for 4 crossanwiches, hoping for sausage, but they were out. Got bacon instead and every one of our sandwiches were cold except one. Like, actually cold to the touch. Not impressed.

I assume the drive thru is closed today as an unattended parked vehicle is blocking access. The management disciplines employees for not having enough upside sales so be prepared to be asked numerous times about it thus slowing ordering times down.

On 8-9-17 when I was at the drive-thru ordering my food and because I did not hear what the lady said I ask her to repite it and when she answered me it was the greatest Ive ever had anyone talk to me From a restaurant.

They were pretty rude to us and made a big deal out of the fact that we had a valid coupon! We waited in line for a really long time, only to be treated pretty poorly. We wont be going back to that BK. :(
