We stopped here on Friday night, June 10, 2016, our way to Lake Rudolph Campground, Indiana. Kind of far off the main road. I parked & went inside to order by myself since we were pulling a camper & wanted to save time by eating on the road. So I went inside & ordered food for 2 adults & 3 kids at around 9:20 pm. The girl that took my order at the counter was friendly, but our food was not ready til almost 10:00. They did not seem overly busy. I have no idea what took so long. It looked like they had plenty of people working in the food line. Someone in the food line kept apologizing, but I still have no idea what the problem was. The guy that ordered behind me was a local & commented that this is the slowest Taco Bell in Bowling Green. And then when I finally did get our food & get back to the family, we realized we were missing 2 food items. I shouldve checked for all of our food before I left the lobby. But by this time the lobby was closed & locked. There were a few people still waiting inside for food & a few cars in the drive thru. We decided to cut our losses & drive off without the rest of our order. We had had enough & did not want to give this place any more of our time. We will not return & do not recommend, unless they make significant improvements.

Hello, First Id like to say how horrible the customer service at this place is. I ordered online before my lunch break so when I got there it would be ready and I could get it and go. However that isnt what happen.I tried to call before I left to make sure they got it because I only have 30 mins for lunch and I wanted to make sure, I called 11 times each time the phone line was busy. I checked my mobile bank app and it showed it was pending so I assumed they received it. As soon as I got there( about 15 mins after ordering online) I asked if they got my order the lady said no and to wait a few mins for it to come through. I waited 10 mins and still nothing. I asked again if they had received anything and she said no. I showed her on my phone where it was pending on my bank app. She said they couldnt do anything. So I reordered my order. Naked chicken box with a triple layer nachos. I then had to wait another 15 mins to get my food and I work 2 mins from this Taco Bell and My food was cold. They had ice in a bucket because the ice machine was broke a worker pour a mixture of ice and something yellow in the bucket for customers to scoop out. That looked gross. Awful place.

Honestly if I didnt have to give atleast one star I wouldnt. This is the absolute worst hotel in Bowling Green. It takes 25 minutes just to get three tacos. When you get your tacos you will have a pinch of meat, not even enough to consider it a taco. Your food will also be cold and the service you receive from the staff is terrible. This Taco Bell is absolutely running the food chains name into the ground. I will drive all the way across town before I waste my time and money even giving this place another shot. The worst part is this is not my first bad experience with this location. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and just call it a bad day but its not just one bad day its a all the time thing. Im not sure The reason behind the crappy service or terrible food but something definitely needs to be done.

I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Service is slower than a snail in an ice storm. Sat in the drive thru for close to 30 mins. All our food was stuffed into one bag and once we got home the order was incorrect. Called to talk to the manager because this has happened on multiple occasions and I had finally had enough. Her answer was I was wrong and that she knew for a fact the order was correct. Her answer to my missing items was to "come up n get em". So I have to drive back into town to pick up the order that they screwed up in the first place!? Screw this! If I want Taco Bell I will drive to a different location or not eat Taco Bell before I ever purchase from this location again! Horrible slow service not even deserving of 1 star.

There were 8 people on shift but only 1 making food. 3 were sitting in the main room on their phones. 3 were in the back laughing I believe watching YouTube videos. It took 11 minutes to get my food because the one poor girl actually making food was doing all the drive in orders first and moving very slowly. Once I finally got my food all the tacos were half full. Who likes half full tacos!? Not this guy.. While I was standing up front trying to mean mug to get them in gear (which wasnt working because no one was paying attention to me) I also noticed how dirty the back was. There food and trash on the floor and looked like no one had swept in a day or 3. Overall, this taco bell takes the cake for worst Ive even been to.

Asked if i wanted sauce four times as a joke. Laughed through the drive through Window after mocking me through the glass. Told me taco bell has to hire his retarded brother and that his brother asked me if i wanted sauce 4 times. On a day when my dog was shot and i had to work 12 hours without a break all i wanted was some type of meal before going home. For the employee who thought that was funny, if i see you outside of the restaurant im coming after you.

We showed up half an hour before they closed and the drive through was dark. Went home and called to check the hours as they were blacked out on the door. Someone answered and when asked what time they closed told me 2am. This was at 1:50 (had time to drive around them, drive home, get inside and google the phone number all before they closed). Gee i wish i worked somewhere where its ok to close early if it suited me.

The worst of all the taco Bell in town theyre slow slow slow and food in marginal sometimes Id take the time to go out to the bypass location not really recommended. Now they gave us a a taco with japlpeno peppers that wasnt supposed to be there and my daughter ate one and was whining, also almost everything had lettuce despite asking for it without, Im not a happy camper and I likely wont be back anytime soon!!!

Entered the drive-through at 4:50pm and received my order at 5:12pm. A girl apologized for my wait, but this is supposed to be fast food. My order was incorrect and my Freeze drink was completely melted. I went inside and there was absolutely no one in the lobby and the staff displayed no sense of urgency. They did correct my order, but I wont be back to this location. No reason for such slow service.

Worst taco bell in bowling green food is never right i waited forever for my food i was charged extra for extra beef and thay didnt even put any beef in it like thay were trying to be smart asses.The food was all cold when i got it the lady taking my order was super rude i would highly recommend not going to this taco bell the service is garbage!
