This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a taco bell. Waited for my food in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. 3-4 people behind me pulled off after ordering their food cause the service was so slow. There is NO excuse for how long it took. When I tried to say something to the employee working back cash, he kept the window closed with his back to me for an additional 5 minutes then said "heres your food, sorry for the wait." I didnt even say anything back because I was almost out of gas and my car was about to overheat. Ill never go to this location again and wouldnt recommend any one else visit either. Horrible.

Today was a complete nightmare the manager was rude and so disrespectful. We started in drivethrough and when we were unable to place our order properly due to communication issues which we seen when we entered the building to order were due to low sraffing and a manager that was to put it kindly "losing her wits, and mind" she pointed out how busy they were and used that to make it our fault.. I dont think so. This place is a madhouse during lunch unless they replace that manager id stear clear during lunch hours.

I arrived to this store at 9:30 pm and saw three staff visibly through the window as I knocked and called just to be ignored and after the third call I was told that they were understaffed and needed a total of four to keep the lobby open, BS. I asked if I could walk up to the drive through because I am driving semi truck which was parked on the street and was told "no." I will only be back to complain in person to the store manager and nothing more...

Showed up at 10:15 am today for breakfast. Doors were locked, lights were off, but there were 4 cars in the parking lot. There were no signs on the doors announcing a special closing in contrast to their posted business hours. This is normally the best Taco Bell in the area, so this shocks me.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever ever ever ever. I even email their main office and they blew me off with no response. I almost decided I would boycott all Taco Bell restaurants because of my visit to this one. I dont recommend anyone waste their time stopping here

They recently tore Taco Bell in Mooresville down, so we came to this Taco Bell only to find out they were out of beef. For real! Considering all of the menu options we wanted had beef on them we went on. For them to run out of beef, that is very poor planning!

It was worst food I ever eat at taco Bell I have pictures of the horrible food you gave out for today. The the taco was heated up and they melted all the cheese the burrito supreme I had was horrible to. It was entirely nothing in the shell.

There are two Taco Bells in Plainfield. The one on Cambridge Way by US70 is way better than the other one. Theybuse different ingredients on the food and more of it.
