I just got home from leaving there, just sat down to give this review, havent eaten my food that I got to go, yet. I walked in and NO ONE is at the front to take my order, NO ONE was even in the cooking area. I waited patiently. Waiting, waiting, to be served. Then which seemed to be 30 minutes later, someone woman walks up like from the office and says sorry about that, didnt offer a coupon, discount on food, nothing. Boy she really cares about customer satisfaction. She was short in attitude and to the point. Then I had to give her my cup back because they didnt have any ice in the machine, didnt even get a sorry... didnt get anything but sorry customer service, burning up inside, I just calmly walked out and going to rant to this review and the survey on my receipt, let me back up... I wish I could watch the video to see how long I stood there waiting on service!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just waited in drive thru for over 30mins for an order that wasnt even correct. I would have left after ten minutes if the drive thru wasnt made for one lane with trees on the other side. This was the worst experience ever. The large fries I orders was only half filled. The drinks was completely wrong. I expect my order to be correct especially after waiting so long. And all they could say to me was sorry for your wait we had two people not show up and we had about 15 customers walk in. Look thats not my problem, when I go to the window there was two employees just standing around doing nothing. The good is way overpriced and I will never be back.

Wouldve given them no stars if possible. We order our food in drive thru on 12/4/2016 around 330 am. When we get to the window the lady asked us to pull around and come back thru so their counter doesnt keep going. I reluctantly oblige. Then when our food came out our fries were as cold as the temp outside! The girl tells us that they werent that cold but shell give us some more and once again could we drive around so their counter doesnt continue to run. Poor service and 1 of the girls was a manager! Cant believe I wasted $20 on that food!

I tried it for the first time on 1-10-16 while visiting family. I wasnt too impressed. the food was decent and hot so that was a plus, however the cashier who was taking the order was clearly new and every time she would ask for help from a coworker they would ignore her so the poor girl had trouble taking the order (not her fault she wasnt being trained properly). the inside of the building was so hot that it was suffocating and the dining room was dirty.

They open at 6AM but the door regularly stays locked before 7AM because they cant keep workers. At 7AM the dinning room with be dirty because the closing crew did not even wipe the tables. Two of the morning crew members are friendly and fast but many times there is only one and she is expected to take orders at the counter and drive thru and cook at the same time.

Terrible, rude, inexperienced manager. Took 20 mins to get our food in the lobby. On top of that, it was COLD. I saw at least 2 cars and 1 other person get that their food before us. The manager had no sympathy and acted like it wasnt their fault. Her excuse was that they are understaffed...ok then make that known BEFORE your customer wonders where their food is.

Rude workers, theyre always dry. Theres never a smile or anything. Food is terrible. I ordered a Chicken salad and there was little to no salad to begin with. The little that I did have, the lettuce was unbelievably old. Every time I go there for the Teryaki combo, theyre always out of rice. For days now. Wont be spending my money here anymore!!

I usually love going through the drive thru and getting a Burger or sandwich. My fav is the #1 with the Garlic & Herb, and butter fried. Just a fix once a month. They lied toe they no longer made the first, which I new the one maybe 5 miles away still does. Then they go back and forth of what the "real" large size is. Love the Mango tea.

Went there with my wife and at the speaker box the worker rushed us and went as far as to say "um hello?" With attitude. The shift looked as if she didnt want to be there, and when I went inside because they forgot a piece of my order, they wanted to argue with each other over it.

I told the cashier number #7 she ordered me a #6 I didnt make a big deal about it cuz I was hungry just ate it .I went to ask for a to go back and she didnt handed to me but threw it at me . I said to myself man what did I do to this lady . Soo no stars for jack in the box .

I love this place because it has breakfast all day and huge senior drinks. They bring your food to your table if its not there fast. The manager is cooperative and its clean in the restroom. Not 5 star because it takes a second. The window, however, is fast.

Average at best. Overcooked chicken tenders, a burger that is slightly better than McDonalds but also more than twice the price. No napkins in the drive-thru, h ad to make a trip inside to get some. Absolutely empty at 1pm on a Monday.

I havent received my food yet and Ive been in the drive through line 11 minutes after ordering. Im not even up to the window yet. I hope its insanely fresh and good tasting... Either way, its taking WAY too long...

Just left there. It is 10:15 pm. Hours on door state 6 am to 11:00 pm. Employee said they were closed, but all the lights were still on. After a 12 hr trip, not very happy with service.

Very rude employees. The food wasnt fresh at all. I wasnt given what i ordered, they didnt have any ice or tea and the drink machine only had 2 options working. Very disappointed.

Service is pretty slow, but the food is usually fresh when it comes out. They also have some hidden menu items, like at breakfast you can get a chicken biscuit for only a dollar.

I go here every chance that I get since there are no other Jack In The Boxs around me for hours LoL and I miss going there regularly back home!! Love the tacos!

Sign on front door says open at 6 a.m. All the lights in the building are off and almost 7 a.m. on a Tuesday morning. No wonder theyre all closed down now.
