Love waffle houses. HATE THIS ONE. I called for carry-out, the lady that answered was rude and straight hung up on me before I was finished ordering. We go there to pick it up and it was an older blonde at the register who Im guessing was the manager who was still being extremely rude acting like this is the last place on earth she would want to be. I didnt get a reciept so I asked her for one and with a snide look she printed me off a "receipt" that didnt even tell me what I ordered just what I payed. So I start to leave and they got my order wrong so I have to go back and the arrogant blonde didnt use gloves to fix my order, by then basically everything is cold. Its great that your staff has more time to mess around and go smoke cigarettes outside than to take care of the customers that support your business. This place is disgusting and has a very incompetent staff.

Food was cold because it sat there and we actually had to ask if that was our food. The waitress blew on the coffee filters because they were stuck together . When we got our food she had her thumb in the grits . Our waffles were the only thing hot because someone else had taken out original waffles. Waitress was new there but she only had 3 tables and one already had their food when we sat down. When I went to pay she asked if everything was ok and I said other than our waffles all the other food was cold ! No response so no tip... Wont go back there ever.

I just ate breakfast there this morning at 5am. I watched the cook handle raw bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, clean plates, every topping for hash browns all with the same pair of gloves. He was unaware he should be changing his gloves after touching raw meat. Will never eat here again. I didnt notice until he was making the persons food who ordered after me and I was already half way done with my food. I hope I dont get food poisoning. I will never eat here again.

Slowest Waffle House Ive ever been to. Expect the waitresss kids sitting at the counter to be served before you. Expect the regulars who come in after you to be eating before your order is even taken. Expect your simple order to be wrong. Expect it to be cold because it sits on the counter while the wait staff socializes. If you want a coffee refill, you have to ask. An empty coffee cup isnt enough of a hint. Staff is too busy for you.

I will not go back to this one. I said thank you so many times and never received a your welcome. Using manners is everything. The plates and silverware and even the cups were dirty. There was other foods that dropped onto the plate. It took forever to get our drinks and the food was ok. There needs to be a bigger counter space for the workers to put plates on for the food so other foods dont drop on it.

Waited standing 15 minutes until someone bothered to clean off one of the 3 open tables so we could sit down. For some reason some WHs now only put a shortened menu on the tables and you have to ask to see the full menu. We did, but they only had one for us, so we both had to read sideways, while the server came by every 30 seconds (literally) asking if we were ready to order.

It was late night and the place got slammed right after we arrived, the staff was really friendly! Even though it was busy. The food was amazing! The hash Browns were crispy but not burnt and also soft but not soggy. My burger was great! The only complaint I got, is the bacon was crispy, but I know not everyone likes soggy bacon like me so its cool.

Yes I was at the Waffle House out there and 267 in Plainfield the service is all right in the beginning with the two black females does very very helpful the cook she had my food on the table for like in less than 2 minutes the rest of them I cant say much but the two black females was very very good Andy I think you very much

A primary hangout spot. Classic coffee and breakfast at great prices. Good pies as well. Service from servers can be unpredictable though. Typically decent. Sometimes fantastic. Sometimes worse than horrible. Grill cooks nearly always on point. Water glasses often not totally clean.

We were just there and waited 10 mins while 5 waiters/waitresses passed our booth. No one said "Ill be with you in a min" & we were not given any menus. So we got up and left. They werent even busy!!!!!! I would have chosen 0 stars if that were a choice!

Good place to eat. Once you receive your order! Staff is slow...to refill drinks and clean the tables and counters. Eat here regularly when working in the area. Sometimes staff is very interesting and intertaining.

There are a lot of Waffle House restaurants in the U.S. and no matter where I travel to Waffle House is always consistently good for breakfast , however I dont particularly care for their dinners

We were the only people in there at the time, the waffles were cold, hash browns were cooked on top but soggy on bottom, bacon was burnt. Not acceptable when youre the only two people in there

Service was so so, at 4am you would think it would be better. They forgot to bring my milk. 5 customers eating total in building. Not like they were overwhelmed.
