I normally go to Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel but Bob Evans quality has dropped considerably during the past year or so, so it was time for a change. My family and I stopped in for breakfast today after church and it was a great choice. We were greeted as we walked in the door and the young gentleman/manager was quick to offer us coffee (were not coffee drinkers) and bring drinks to our table. Our waitress (Joy??) was very courteous and this is my only complaint, if I have one. The staff does not wear nametags so it is difficult to brag on anyone because I am unsure of their names. However, the entire staff seemed nice and pleasant; I did not witness or have one bad interaction or experience with anyone on their staff. The prices MIGHT have been just a bit higher than expected but I am unsure. However, I am a believer that you get what you pay for and I believe we paid for a quality, good tasting meal that was filling. I will definitely return to this restaurant and will gladly tell others of my experience.

This place is great to stop at if staying in one of the airport hotels in Plainfield. It is within walking distance of several hotels & is only a few miles from the airport. Extremely courteous, friendly & accommodating staff that will make your food however you request and it is really delicious! I have an extremely restrictive diet & was able to enjoy a great meal. The food is cooked perfectly and it is not overly greasy. I ate here twice during our stay and it exceeded my expectations both times. The coffee is hot and your mug is always full! Overall, it was a great experience.

Waited to be seated for nearly a half hour, they were short staffed so I was ok with it. Once we were seated it took another half hour to be waited on, and nearly 45 minutes to receive our food. The food was decent at best but not worth the wait. Waiting on the check too much longer than expected once again. Once we noticed that the crowd that was there in the beginning was no longer there, the lengths of time experienced wasnt acceptable.

I stopped by with nine of my friends for Breakfast and had the Greek omelette it was Great, the coffee was Excellent and we all had free refills. the server even made up a bag of the special Roasted Coffee Beans just for me to take Home. We had been going to Cracker Barrel and noticed they give you such small portions of everything compared to Stacks. Our group will be going back very soon ...........

Will leave review good to bad -stack house omelette was very good -hash browns were also good -bacon was undercooked had to recook -water has bad taste The most disappointing item has to be the syrup, for a "pancake house" its not acceptable. The pancakes themselves had good flavor but the syrup tasted and looked as though it was thinned with water. Ruined my pancakes as soon as I poured it on.

I felt very welcomed when we walked in. From the employee finishing his shift that held the door for us to the friendly waitress that greeted us with a genuine smile. Then the food. Large portions cooked perfectly down to my extra crispy bacon. Our waitress Liz even told us to have a blessed day. Great experience all around!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Food was phenomenal, service was excellent without being overbearing, everyone has a stellar attitude, everything was clean and orderly, the diner atmosphere is charming, and everything was fairly priced. Do yourself a favor and visit at least once.

We frequently visit for breakfast. Good diner food. Only complaint is that if you order an omelete with cheese, they put the cheese on top instead of inside. We prefer the cheese inside. They serve a terrific Greek Salad. Love the Greek salad dressing.

New favorite breakfast restaurant. Great sized portions and decent price. A little disappointed with the sausage patties, but it was overall a fantastic meal. Very clean with minimal wait time due to quick and efficient staff.

All of our dishes were delicious. My Healthy Turkey (egg white) Omelette (with fresh fruit banana, grapes, orange slice, pineapple, cantaloupe and honeydew) and dry eng muffin ) was fabulous! Our server Liz was wonderful.

Your food is very good, as are your waitstaff. However, your teenage hostesses seem more interested in their cell phones and gossiping with each other. They make an otherwise enjoyable meal tedious. Get an adult to hostess.

Really good, unique breakfast items! Try the angry potatoes but I would definitely suggest cheese on top. I had the honey bear French toast and it was incredible! Would definitely go here again.
