Very disappointed with the service - or lack thereof! Made a detour from PA Turnpike even though it was further out of the way than I preferred as we dont have a Sonic nearby. Pushed the Red button to order at bay 17 and the screen said to standby ... waited another 5 mins and pushed the Red button again and received the same message on the screen ... waited another 5 mins and tried again ... this time I also pushed the Red button for the adjacent drive-in bay that was empty ... both screens acknowledged the button had been pressed but no one ever tried to take our order so we found another FAST food place and got back on the road. I was disappointed and wanted to let the manager know so placed a call to the number listed ... yep, no one picked up and my call went to voice mail. Think Sonic needs to ensure they have the appropriate number of staff to handle customer volume.

I went yesterday and went I placed my order, the guy at the intercom read my order back to me wrong. I tried to politely correct him and when I got no response and him just throwing my total at me before disappearing I clicked the order button again. I told him for the third time at that point that the order he read back was wrong and gave him the right order, and he began shouting over me telling me he had read out the correct order and I was wrong. Employees are rude and the food was subpar. I wouldnt recommend going there unless you really want a drink. Having an employee shout at you is not worth the experience.

Everyone who said something bad about this place, is a dumb@$$. I have been here plenty of times. Good prices. Clean? What is there to be clean about, its an outdoor restaurant duh. Good food. Never had an order messed up. My ONE and ONLY complaint would be they never open when they should and they never close when they should. But, hey they own it, its theirs to do whatever they want with it. Just in case the Owner sees this, your Google + hours as well as FB hours say you open at 8am today. I called and you said 9pm lol.

I used to go here all the time. I love the food! Unfortunately on Saturday 2/20/16 I got viral food poisoning from here. I ended up having to go to the ER because it got so bad. Now I do not trust this place at all. My burger looked fully cooked, maybe it was the lettuce that was the problem. I hate to take my business elsewhere but I do not want to risk getting sick again.

I have always loved sonic! I grew up eating here with my family. I was born and raised mostly in California so I was delighted to find out there is a sonic close by! Besides not having Carls Jr., weinerscnetzel(sp?), in-and-out burger, or jack in the box, I can have a little taste of home by coming here!

Service is just awful, the environment is dirty, and the Manager is obnoxious and rude, I was outside with my little ones and we heard him screaming profanity at his employees, and they also messed my order up. I cant blame the workers because I would probably mess up to with a manager harassing me

Sonic never fails to impress. The food always tastes good and is always hot. If is made fresh right after you order it and thats why the wait is usually a bit long. Id say Sonic is one of the best fast food chains, I have never had a bad experience here.

They forgot multiple items for my wifes order. Drive through girl was a liar and rude. We were offered a kids meal for their mistake, which costs less than what we already paid for the missing items. Great job Sonic... SMH

Stopped here in a hurry just looking for some fast food. It WAS fast but I didnt like much of the food. French Fries, no. Chicken sandwhich, no. I wont be going back. Too bad, because it is very convenient and fast
