I have my breakfast every morning here and honestly, I love It ! The best strawberry shake i have always taste has been here. The hispanic lady i the morning she recognizes me now when she hear a "small strawberry shake and number..." the drive thru is never being a problem, always fast...less than five minutes in total. I never have been in lunch or dinner, so dont know about their ordering time, but if it happens to be true, its totally understandable: Miami Beach is always full of people, this avenue where the restaurant is seat is the main entrance of the city and of course it brings a lot of business in. Rats I have never seen one, unprofessional employees not in my case ever happened something sad. I wonder why all this people who says bad things about this restaurant: delays a lot, rats in the kitchen, unhappy employees...why the hell you keep going there? Go somewhere else because if it would be my case i wouldnt go to a place where i feel bad myself. This restaurant is probably the best in fast food category in Miami beach, at least around this area here.

The store itself is beautiful and remodeled very classy. The problem is the staff doesnt match the quality especially the staff working today @ 6:00 pm. I have come to this store multiple times and never experienced such low class and ghetto fabulous behavior Very unprofessional , disrespectful and rude. I tried to order a froot loop shake but the shake machine was supposedly not working and so I ordered a caramel frappe instead and it took me 20 minutes to finally get it because the staff was too busy acting like clowns and other people that came in after me were served before me. I think the girl in the front was way too distracted and forgot about my order until finally one of the other staff members noticed I was getting upset and acknowledged me. Some serious retraining and rehiring and definitely a more mature staff needs to be implemented otherwise if this store continues to have this type of staff working there its gonna bring the store down and lose more customers.

Si el dueño lee esto sepa que lo estan saboteando, en pleno verano cerrando a las 10?? Cuando antes era media hora. Los baños sucios, cómo es posible que no den papas con el combo sino aros de cebolla, no hay servilletas nos dieron toallin de baño. Fatal muy mal servicio y se tardan demasiado. I work in the neighborhood and I step in from time to time to grab a quick bite to eat... The drive through and line inside are always backed up. The staff are generally surly and overtly dissatisfied with their lot in life. The heat lamps should be turned off, because the only thing they ever (morning, noon and night) keep warm are the metal shelves. The food takes at least 10 minutes to come out, and thats a good day. When the food finally arrives, its so fresh youll burn your mouth. Every single time, I realize Im better off going to Subway, for speed or a sit down restaurant for quality... Unless Im strapped for cash and only want to pay $1 for a sandwich.

i am very upset with this location, you just opened and already you are starting wrong. I ordered a BACON CHICKEN RANCH SALAD this comes with croutons and cheese according to the menu. Why did my salad only have chicken, lettuce and tomato like WTH!! and then you call them and there phones are all busy. I have also been on the phone with corporate and the hold time has been 10 minutes and nothing yet. BK DISAPOINTS ME.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 30 MINS LATER - Sylvia the manager called me she will fix everything. Thank you

I love this bk.it is my favorite food place to go eat because I like the food and the people put a smile on my aging face.my only complaint is that eating the whopper sandwich I has gas and needed to go to the facilities.when I was on the toilet I over heard a young man from the local middle school deficating in the stall parallel to mine.he must have also had a whopper because it smelled something fierce.this Is a good restaurant with good people amd good food.just dont Get a whopper.also there are rats in the kitchen.

Nothing worse than bad customer service, frequently messed up orders, and poor quality in food. That is, until one day you see a RAT scurry across the kitchen floor AS YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD! Then you tell them about the rat, and they COMPLETELY ignore you! This happened on the 29th of June, 2009 at 5:43 pm. I have documents to prove this. If you value your health, youll stay away from this place. Ive already alerted county health officials and Im in the process of contacting their corporate headquarters.

Pésimo servicio en este burguer king. Pido un como 10 que es una hamburguesa de pollo . Después de esperar 10 minutos me traen nuggets. Y luego la manager ni sabia como devolver el dinero. Otros 10 minutos esperando para esto

The worse Burger King i ever visited.the worse service. The worse attitud from a manager toward clients . They served me the wrong order 3 times and when i asked for my money back the manager called me" trash " in spanish not knowing that i am hispanic and i undertood what she said.i was speaking in english because the nice afroamerican girl who took my order dont speak and dont need to learn spanish in her country. A very rude manager with no good manners at all.

This is the slowest fast food everrrrr... I have been there twice, i ordered in n i waited 30min for a simple burger. Second time went thru the drive thru and waited over n hour!!!!!!! This burger king needs a new mangement. The place was full of employees, but they were playing around! Movimg slow. Wow i have never had such a horrible experience in a fast food place...oh n theplace was empty..so idk why the long wait. Dont go there.

This is by far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I have EVER been to. Ive been several times, always during the lunch rush. It gets very busy, but this is no excuse for a 30 minute wait at a fast food restaurant. I do not exaggerate when I say that every time I have been to this Burger King, it take at least half an hour for me to get my food. I tried several times, all with the same wait. I will not be eating here again.

I went to Burger King at approximately 7:30 this evening. First, I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there were no paper towels to dry my them. Next, I ordered my meal and went to get my drink and there was no ice in the two soda dispensers. Then I went to the catch-up dispensers to get catchup for my french fries and there was no catch up in the catchup dispenser.
