There is a short black american female whos name supposedly is "Philis", whos around the age frame of 47-59 years of age who is always rude when I order meals at this Pollo Tropical when shes on the cash register. She snatches my money, throws my receipt into my hand and drops change into my hand instead of placing it appropriately. She always asks "what you want" when I am next to come up and place my order at the register and always frowns and changes her voice tone like she hates me when I am next to place the order. Today she was working the food line and she made my tropical breeze drink if Im not mistaken, when I got the drink it had more ice than juice, meaning that it would be gone after 2 sips and of course taste extremely watered down from the ice melting into the actual drink. I told one of the Latin American line workers nearest to me she directed phelis (correct name pronunciation?, also the same black american female) to assist me and philis frustratedly told her "YES" and walked away to assess something else. Later she returned and half-assedly used another cup bartender style to catch the ice in a smaller cup and poured 65% of my drink into a new cup with the remaining 35% in the other cup and added a little ice from the tiny cup, and then placed my drink on the counter saying "HERE" and before she tried to walk off I told her to refill my cup back to the top how it was and her response was "Im not going to do that" and walked away. I requested the cashier to retrieve the manager, a heavy set mullato Dominican looking lady by the name of Lonnie who didnt make things any better; she asked me in a rude, condescending sarcastic manner "do you want your money back?", my response was yes since I wasnt going to be cheapskated. She asked wheres my receipt, I told her that I never received it. She got real angry. Unprofessional, unsatisfactory service & ill conductivity. I see there was an issue here earlier this week with Lonnie the manager, halve assed service cannot keep going like this. This isnt highschool. This isnt juniorhigh. This isnt elementary. If you signed up to be a manager but act like a little rude bad ass, disrespectful kid when dealing with consistent BACK TO BACK PATRONS who drops by to spend money at the establishment several days a week, well more than likely so its not meant for you to be working here.

La comida es bastante sabrosa pero me lleve una muy muy mala esperiencia hoy. Cuando me fueron a dar la comida que pedi la muchacha que nos sirvio que era de color y tenia sobrepeso practicamente nos tiro la sopa que pedi al igual que el taco que ordene y para que hablar de la soda espero que esto no suceda y tomen medidas gracias. The food is quite tasty but I take a very very bad esperiencia today. When I went for the food I asked the girl who served us was colored and had overweight practically we shot the soup I ordered like the taco to order and to mention the soda hope this does not happen and take action thanks.

Pollo tropical es reconocido por su sabor el cual mantiene, pero se está dejando a un lado la calidad del servicio y la calidez de sus empleados. El día de hoy pedí un cuarto de pollo con arroz y frijoles todo fue bien menos en dos cosas la cantidad y presentacion el plato vino con un cuarto de ala y encuentro demasiado escuálido, pedí que me cambiarán el pollo y bajo protesta por parte de la empleada accedieron a hacerlo, expresando su descontento de mi exigencia en voz alta. Esto me parece una falta de respeto para con los clientes así sean asiduos o esporadicos.

Worst dining experience of any other location. Parking is hard, took at least 10 min to get a spot. Didnt have the Mojo Roast Pork, its why I came here. I ordered to dine in, my order was made to go. When I explained I was told I could eat at the table with the to go box. Afffe The chicken was PINK inside. Could not finish my lunch. When I went to the counter to ask for a refill, 3 employees made eye contact with me but neither asked if I needed anything. Finally got someone to give me a refill with a bad attitude. At this point I didnt even expect for them to ask if I needed anything else or how was my experience. Outside is swarmed with pigeons. Not one clean table inside or out. I would be better off eating a hot dog from 7/11 across the street. Disastrous!

Este lugar es una mala imitación de Pollo Tropical. Luce sucio, poco organizado y mal oliente, la comida la sirven fría y los frijoles aguados. En cuanto al personal es grosero y poco servicial. This place is a bad imitation of Pollo Tropical. Looks dirty, poorly organized and stinky, food serve it cold and watery beans. As for the staff is rude and unhelpful.

El día de ayer al mediodía comi en este sitio la comida estaba asquerosa de sabor y sazón; el arroz salado, el pollo y las costillas quemadas, las papas refritas en aceite viejo que asco de lugar deberían devolverme el dinero hasta el 3 leche era una mermelada de lo dulce que estaba. No le recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo comer este sitio de paso carece de higiene y pulcritud.

El servicio está regular. Muy sucio , los baños increíble, el personal crocero sobre todo una de ojos medio claros , muy chusma , las mesas de afuera horrible , te sirven el pollo más chiquito que el pan. Yo no le doy ni una estrella. En verdad por la chusmedria y la puercada que hay. Gracias

Worst Pollo Tropical in south Florida.. I would know since I eat this EVERY day on the road. I always avoid this one, no water spout (unlike every other one Ive gone to) so you have to ask their employees for water which almost always results in a smug look from the lazy ones. Got the regular (large) tropichop and was left with no chicken not even half way through the plate while in other places I can hardly finish it. Overall, Ive regretted every time I eat there and always cross the bridge and go to the one in Downtown instead.

Cest le fast-food du poulet. Nourriture plus saine et plus large choix que les grandes chaines mondialement connues. On y mange très bien. Attention toutefois il peut il y avoir beaucoup de monde en salle. Reste la possibilité du drive ou de la terrasse

I was highly disappointed with our latest meal. We usually order here 1/2 a month & the last couple of times it was terrible!!! The French fries were old & refried as was the fried yucca. I mean, REALLY?!?!?! THROW THEM AWAY & MAKE FRESH ONES!!!!! The ribs were burnt & the chicken extremely dry!!! And I suggest that ALL your employees working the drive thru be friendly & courtesy, not just some of them. Youve lost a regular customer BC of your consistent inconsistency!!!!

If your looking for bang for your buck. Look no further. This Pollo Tropical is awesome they have traditional fast food Latin dishes for a fraction of the price you would pay in the area. They are always busy and the drive through is quick and efficient but sometimes the demand can drive the line pretty far back. The parking is limited and usually a hotbed for taxi drivers making it difficult to park which is the only reason I rated it four out of five.
