I witness the greatest fiascos in the food service in my life, maybe even ever on my way through to my fiends house. About a year ago, myself and my girlfriend were hungry. It was around 9PM. She wanted to stop here. Only one or two people in front of us inside, cool we should be in and out. We give our order and wait for our food. This person, screwed up this ladies order four times in a row. It wasnt anything out of the ordinary. She didnt want ketchup or something like that on her burger. I told her after the second or third time she should probably just take it. After watching him screw it up twice, someone in the grill, a different person told the front to stop taking orders, until they would catch up. I held off taking orders for like 30 minutes. Then proceeded to screw this ladies order up two more times. Meanwhile, the line inside is starting to reach the door. I tried recommending they go somewhere else, but no one wanted to listen to me. They finally call my number, they bring my girlfriends food but not mine. I tell her to go sit down and eat, hopefully it is coming. After a few minutes I try flagging someone down to find out where my order is. I finally get the manager. Took at least 15 minutes after my girlfriend got her food. They never made my food or they gave it to someone else. I was standing there for over 45 minutes. I told her I just needed a refund. The manager really wanted to get my order for me and my money back. I was happy to just get out of there with a refund. I could have went into much more detail but I think I made my point on why this could be one of the worst run places ever. I should have went back there with my zero experience working at a DQ and at least showed them how not to be a complete idiot. This crew member who seemed to be most of the problem probably should have been fired on the spot.

Worse DQ experience ever! We were in the area for a national competition my daughter was participating in. We stopped here to celebrate her accomplishment. It was the most disorganized DQ I have ever seen. The counter attendant walked away in the middle of our order, then came back and took everyones order but mine and went ahead and rang out before I could tell him I didnt order yet. When we got our blizzards, they were runny and overflowing the cup. The whole top of mine wound up on the counter and the manager, who served it, just set it there and walked away. I tried to clean it up with napkins and finally went back and asked for another cup to set it in because the outside was so sticky. Four of the five of us ordered the Royale blizzards, which are extra. When we got what was left of our blizzards to the car and started to eat, we realized that below the top layer it was basically vanilla soft serve ice cream. There was no core of toppings like there was supposed to be. They didnt serve our blizzards upside down, either. If they had, these ones would have definitely been on the floor. We go to DQ in our home area frequently and never have bad service or products like this. I dont normally write negative reviews about a one-time experience, as everyone is entitled to a bad day now and then. But when I searched Google and saw all the other bad reviews of this place, I realized this was not an isolated incident.

Worst DQ ever (and I have been to many of them)! Moved to the area about 6 months ago and was excited that there was a DQ nearby. First time, I spent over half an hour in the drive-up line. I wrote it off as an isolated incident. Second time, I saw that the drive up line was moving slow, so I went inside. This was actually even worse! There were only 2 people ahead of me in line, but it still took FOREVER! The cashier couldnt get the order or the change right, then stood there and talked to the customers (who were high school kids too) about their cell phones, school, etc. Finally placed my order, then stood there and watched the people at the ice cream machines chat and goof off for 10 minutes without making my blizzard. When I finally got my blizzard, it was the wrong one. After several months I decided to give them one more chance. I went through the drive thru again (mistake!). After I finally got to the window (20 min. later), I asked for the manager. When I started to tell her about my bad experiences there, she just stopped me and said "I know, Ive heard it all before." Seriously??? How does DQ corporate not pull this franchise! Its awful! Drive to the DQ on Rt. 19. Youll get there faster than waiting for your order at this one.

I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru. Never got a "we will be right with you" or anything. Get up to the pick up window and no greeting. The cashier assumes I already got part of my order. When I tell her what I ordered she walks away then comes back and hands me 2 milkshakes. Im alone in my car and ask for a cup holder. She walks away to make a mini blizzard and when she comes back it is covered in ice cream which I think is highly unprofessional. Then I asked her for my receipt so I can do a survey. She begins handing me napkins and I have to repeat myself for my receipt. No "thank you. Have a good night" nothing as I leave. And the receipt is barely legible. A manager will be receiving a visit from a former customer because I will never go to that location again. And this is NOT the 1st time I have received poor service at this location.

Was there when the doors opened at 11:00am to grab an early lunch. Fryers werent turned on (even though staff should be coming in early and get them cranked) and was told it would be 5 minutes. After 13 minutes they still werent working. Id eaten my burger by then, but I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt....until the manager came out and apologized to a table of 4 guys and asked them if they wanted blizzards to make up for the wait. He strolled right by me...not a word. I know Im not a regular...but having just moved to the area, I would have been. NOT NOW. Ill go the extra distance to the DQ on Rt. 19. The manager did refund my money when I went up and called him out on his gross ignorance. Just really sad experience at a franchise that is usually exceptional.

Hands down absolute worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I have stopped here three different times and repeatedly have been served poor quality food. I have had a sandwich that had in edible chicken and I cannot stress enough just how inedible this chicken breast was. Next time I stopped and got a blizzard and spent $4 on half of what I wanted and the other half was nothing but vanilla ice cream I am livid. When I call to see if this can be corrected because Ive already driven away, I am met with a voicemail box that is completely full not an actual person. I dont know how hard it is to just pick up a phone, having worked in food service for over 10 years I am shocked at how poor the customer service is!
