Acabo de salir de este lugar porque fuí muy mal atendido y discriminado por la dependiente en turno en este momento domingo 27 de agosto 2017,6 pm exactamente,la dependiendienta se negó a hablarme en español porque según ella estamos en Miami, y ella habla perfectamente el español,antes de atenderme tuve que esperar porque se puso a sacar para hornear 6 bandejas de pan y echarle el queso por encima y todo,no pensé tener tan mala atención por parte de esa dependienta,me fui del lugar sin comer nada.

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused. Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her. Her persona and presence just told me she didnt value or want this job. Please rethink your hires

is place is a joke. GARBAGE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. WORTH EVER. GUY UP FRONT SAYS HES OUT OF INGRIDIENTS ALL THE TIME. Been here 4 days in a row and he still cant make me a pizza flatizza, which I been craving!! I am so frustrated. Whats the point of this restaurant if HE cant deliver. Its a joke. All its employees I feel are in training an have no skills. I love aubway. But this this the WORTH THUS FAR EVEN. IF SUBWAY WAS LIKE THIS I WOULD NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR AT THIS PLACE.

This subway, I think is the worst I have been. Its not for the food, its for the service. My girlfriend and I went to this subway and she needed to use the restroom. The old lady told us that the restroom was only for customers. She made us order something first, instead of letting my girlfriend use it. My girlfriend almost peed on her self, only because that old lady didnt want her to use the restroom first. I doesnt even deserve this star

Never experienced such terrible customer service by the guy making the sandwiches. He did a lot of things wrong, but what really p***ed me off what when my sandwich was done toasting and he, after 2 minutes, still flirted with some customers and asked him politely when he would make my sandwich, in which he simply held up his hand and looked the other way and continues talking. I left and will never ever come back

The lady that works here at 11:30PM on Monday shift is disgusting. First she touches the gloves all over that she makes sandwiches with. I waited 15 minutes while she was talking on the phone with someone. Keep in mind there was no line. Also the sandwich she made was extremely sloppy. I also told her 5 times the meal was to go and she did not acknowledge one thing I said to her.

Guy making my sandwich told me to hurry up and finish picking my topings even though I was the only one in line and then when I paid with cash he tried to keep some of my change and also got mad for a using a free drink coupon and told me which cup I needed to grab even though the coupon said any size drink, I will never come back in there and I dont recommend it

Absolutely awful quality of food. The ham had solid chunks that I couldnt chew through, and my bread, ham and cheese smelled old to the point where I didnt feel comfortable finishing my sandwich - and I am NOT a picky eater. Id give it no stars if I could.
