My husband and I went to this KFC (Randleman Road) for their buffet tonight. We stood in line for buying buffet. Its amazing. We thought the food should be good. So we kept waiting. The line moved very slow. I dont know why the worker there were so slow! The drive-thru is lined up, too. We stood in line for about 30 minutes. Its our turn finally. But the cashier told us the buffet will close at 7 pm. We will just have 20 mins for buffet. We ended up buying their 12 pcs regular chicken bucket with $9.99 coupon. Those 12 pcs were all either legs or thighs, not even one piece of breast meat. And they were burned (over cooked). Most of the chicken skin are black! Just before we left (about 7:20pm), we saw the worker took the mashed potato from the buffet booth. OMG~ the food sat there for a while. They sold it to the drive-through customer?! WOW..... I have been to international KFC stores, many USA KFC stores. I am sorry to say KFC (on Randleman Road, Greensboro, NC) is the worst one I have never been. Poor service, Poor food. We are sure we will not go back again!

In a day when very few people cae aboutm customer service, I walked into this KFC expecting the same old same old from another fast food restuarant and was pleasantly surprised. The crew was very hospitable and everyone was smiling and made me think that it wass their total concern to meet my needs. I placed my order but had to wait while some of my order was being cooked. The food preparer was quick to tell me what was going on and asked if it was possible for me to wait. As a former manager of a fast food restuarant, I know real customer service whenI see and I saw it at KFC on Randleman Rd! Way to go guys!

First everyone was very nice.We had the buffet. Food was not fresh. One of the brother was taking the fresh biscuits out of the oven and actually begin to eat one thats just wrong.smh the dessert had a bone in it. I told my husband they probably was eating chicken while making it. LoL Im just passing thru and Ill never eat here again. Whoever owns the place need to check on it under cover and see for themselves whats going on!

Was hungry so I figured Id stop in and get tha buffet. I got there at 11:32 am. They had mashed taters, mixed veggies and gravy out on tha buffet. I asked when everything would be out and was told 10 mins. Well, at 11:54, there was mixed veggies, gravy and mashed taters on tha buffet... Needless to say, BISCUITVILLE next door fed me lunch...

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru. There was a line but it did not take long for us to Breeze through to place our order and be back on our way home. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.

Experience is terrible every time. Never have chicken available and on several occasions there is a thirty minute wait. Sat at the drive thru with no response for bout 5 minutes.
