The food is good and the lettuce, tomato, etc, were all fresh. The fries were thick and had just the right amount of crispiness to them (is that even a word?). The inside was clean and well-organized. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I wouldnt say its kid-friendly but its not kid-unfriendly. They dont have much for kids to do but there isnt a lot of stuff for them to get into either. Its neutral in that regard. Overall, I would recommend The Burger House to friends, family, inlaws, etc. You cant beat the quality of food for the price. Compared to somewhere like Dicky Joes, the food is comparable but much less expensive. Youre not paying for all the flash and decor as you do at Dicky Joes.

One of the betterest (suck it autocorrect) fast food burger places. If comparing to Dickie Jos grease patties and Five Guys meh burgers Id happily eat here. $5.50 for the double deluxe satisfies me. We usually do the drive through and dont mind the wait. Fresh food is better. Went in yesterday at the tail end of some drama between guests but didnt let that stop us from ordering and enjoying our food in house. Fries are good and the burger specials (try the teriyaki burger) are killer too. And for those rare mornings we are over there the breakfast sandwiches are deliciousness. Egg and bacon done right.

Picked up food for 3 adults and one child. The Food was very good, and the prices were nice as well... the person taking our order however was not. We had a couple mistakes on our food but I can guarantee it wasnt the fault of anyone but the girl taking our order. She missed half the order because she seemed like she wasnt paying attention or just didnt want to be bothered with taking our order. I would recommend the food, just double check your order before it gets sent to the cooks.

So for starters, THANK YOU... We were those people who come right at closing and the girls were super cool about it. And we paid with small bills and change... And they were cool with that. AND we made them stay late to make fresh fries, and they were COOL WITH THAT TOO! oh yeah and the food was superb! Thanks for satisfying these twos late night burger crave.

I LOVE their burgers!! My only complaint is there is no "burger" option for the kids meals. Other than that it has a convenient drive-through or walk-in, they have a happy hour, and serve a good selection of micro and macro beer and cider. Never tried the coffee. Fast and friendly service! Great indoor seating too.

When my boyfriend suggested we eat at The Burger House I was skeptical. This place really puts "Dont judge a book by its cover" into context. Never judge a burger house by its gas station/coffee-hut multi-industrious exterior. Awesome price, fantastic fries and fry sauce, tasty-lious grub. Will be visiting again soon!

Greasy food, bland, poor value. Very surprised to see sit down restaurant level pricing for a burger that had no substance, flavor, or even quantity to justify it. Sauces were poor,.fries and onion rings were mostly greasy and soggy. Unfortunately, I would prefer the Burger King across the parking lot.

Great tasting burgers and quality fries! Ive been going here off and on for years and have always found Burger House to be consistent and maintain quality food. They also have a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Id highly recommend a visit to this top notch establishment!

This place has horrible service. We ordered our coffee inside and the girl just disappeared after about 10 minutes we went outside and she was making it in the kiosk. She didnt tell us where she was or what she was doing. Hope the burgers are better than the coffee.

Been here twice. Iceberg lettuce, American Cheese, Mayo, extremely bleached white bread bun. Everything that makes a sandwich fit for a five year old, but Ive come to hope for more out of a burger these days. Fries were thicker than many places, but greasy and limp.

Incredibly slow drive-thru, gets my order wrong half the time, and over-priced for the quality of food. Also, the cutomer service is lacking. Its apparent that the employees really hate their job. Too bad because I love to support local businesses.
