My lunch started at 12:25 pm with walking into Burger Basket to find no one waiting in line at the counter. I think to myself "Awesome, this will go quickly". As I order my food (Large Burger with Cheese, Fries, Fry Sauce, Med Soda), the payment processes quickly and they were very prompt on getting me my drink. I get my number and sit down. My co-worker was with me and placed his order behind mine (Patty Melt, Med Shake). He sat down and we waited. At 12:33 my co-worker gets his shake, right after at 12: 35 he gets his patty melt. Meanwhile I am still waiting on my burger and fries. He starts to eat his food. I am hungry at this point wondering why it taking so long to make a burger and scoop up the pre-made fries. At 12:50 I go and talk to them as my co-worker was taking his last bite of the Patty Melt and tell them since its taking forever to make my food I will need to get it to go. The waitress then replies " I so sorry" (exact words). I am not a happy customer at this point. I then sit back down and within 2 minutes she brings my food out to me in a brown paper bag. She then tells me "Next time, order on same ticket". I told her " I ordered my food before his". She then replied "I so sorry" and walks off without me being able to say something. Very poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth my time and money for mediocre food and shotty customer service.

NO CREDIT/DEBIT- The first sign I saw inside was a large "We Reserve the Right To Refuse Service to Anyone." Nice way to make us feel welcome. What these folks should be flying is a giant banner outside that says "Cash Only." I was surprised to learn, after placing my order, that for the first time since a mid-90s camping trip to the Black Hills, I would have to use a third-party ATM because the owner stubbornly refuses to acknowledge that in the 21st century, accepting credit/debit cards is an expected accommodation. Yes, I know that accepting cards requires payment of a 3% merchant fee. But Im willing to see the menu prices increase by 3% because today, my $6.50 burger cost me 30% more thanks to a $2 ATM convenience fee to use the on-site machine. As for the food, the burger itself was "just okay." About equal (maybe) with Rockin Rogers, but nowhere close to Five Guys, Willamette Burger, or even the Carls Jr. just up the street. The Fries were really not good - they were barely crisp and flavorless. And strangely, even the ketchup was "off" - it was too sweet or something. Anyway, there are just too many good places to eat to waste time and money on middle-of-the-road food (and all those other places take debit/credit cards). So I reserve the right to take my business elsewhere.

Went in. The apparent owner/manager was socializing from behind the front counter with some guy... with no intention of acknowledging the line forming. The conversation had nothing to do with the establishment itself, but was deemed important enough to *completely* tune out everything else. More importantly, a whole set of completed food was sitting out prepared... with a big family at a table waiting for it... without the probable Head Honcho giving any of it even a passing glance. Eventually the apparent co-owner/wife came to the second register (and not without giving the other guy an overtly disapproving look) and began taking orders. But by then this example of "service" was enough to just look elsewhere. A bizarre way to run an establishment. Especially in light of the prices being charged.

Have been really wanting to give Burger Basket the benefit of a doubt. But, after more than 3 visits in about 2 months, they seem to not be able to get their drive through orders right. Their fry sauce is outragous in price. It should cost .50 at most, not a $1 for a tiny amout that you get. We have bought fry sauce and multiple times it wasnt even put in our bag. The burger buns are always super soggy in the paper wrappers. And, you ask an employee a question and all of a sudden they do not know english. I know this place has been around forever. But to the owner, Come on, get with the program. I havent had this bad of issue with other burger joints. I dont really recommend this place.

This will be the 3rd time in a row they dont get my order correct. Waited 26 min for 2 1/3lb burgers with only 1 car at the window. When I got home 40 min away half my order was missing. But hey they remembered the fri sauce which they charge way way to much for the fries I never got to go with the $7 burger I never got as well! Called to tell them about it but the ladys English was soooo bad she could not even understand what I was saying. She kept thinking I was making a phone order. I will never go back there again. Not what it was 15 years ago for sure!

I love their food but the lady who takes your order hardly speaks English she is rude. The last time I was there a few days ago it took 4 times for them to some what get mu order right and yet it still was not right. Called to complain and the manger told me she didnt know what to say and that she couldnt help me. The need r o get friendly staff who speak English so it doesnt take 4 times to get a simple order right. I wont be going back time to find a new burger place. If I was you I would not go unless you speak Spanish and can actually order you food.

The service was horrid. Cashier overcharged us 1.99$ and upon pointing it out she gave us attitude and only returned 1.75$ to us because she didnt want to take the time to count out the 24 cents. There were a multitude of flies buzzing around the dining area. The food was subpar at best. They charged for everything. (i.e. $1 for fry sauce...) Seriously, for the price youre paying youd be better off going to Nancys, Five Guys, or even Red-Robin for a burger. If you dont want to drive far there is both a Carls and a Jack across the street.

I went here yesterday. It was my first time going. We got in line to order, the lady at the cashier seemed nice at first. When we got our food, we were pretty disappointed. The Chicken Burgers didnt taste like anything, but the Cheeseburgers were pretty good. The fries dont have any flavor at all, its just all greasy. The ketchup tastes weird too. My sister also found a hair in her fries and the cashier said that she couldnt do anything because she had already eaten some. I really dont recommend this place at all. And it is also cash only.

❌Google reviews are biased, Google edits reviews and deletes photos that are totally appropriate to the review.❌ 1/11/17 5:30pm I attempted to order dinner inside and stood there for a minute or so and the lady didnt say a single word to me. Its probably because the lady helping me could not speak English one bit I had to ask multiple times what she was saying until I finally said forget it and walked out. My advice is hire somebody that is completely bilingual or speaks English 100% this is America. I would not recommend.
