Been a regular customer here for years, and unfortunately have experienced repeated terrible experiences at this location - and sadly with increased frequency over the last six months. Often the wait at this location is excessive, the staff is rude and the food is over cooked. Now I happen to be one of the six Americans who like Burger King (and apparently I am a glutton for punishment going back to this location). Over the last, say, 20 visits Ive had 10 good experiences and 10 bad. You might think that warrants a two or three star rating, but keep in mind, when I say good, I mean that I receive at most an average customer experience where the staff doesnt ignore you for minutes on end when you go to order or pay (yes, sometimes you get both), that you get your food close to well prepared and it doesnt take you 10 minutes to go through the drive-thru with only a car or two ahead of you. But tonights experience tops them all. Waited 15 minutes behind four cars just to order - and rolled up only seconds before the first car in line was just pulling out of the order area. Yup! It took 15 minutes just to order. But wait theres more! Each car ahead of me would pull up to the microphone and then just simply sat and waited to order for minutes on end before someone would take their order. Then after all that I pull up to the counter to pay. A manager or assistant manager is running the show and she proceeded to open the window and I expected to her to say "Thatll be $X and sorry for the wait" (okay, not serious about expecting the apology as they dont do that here) but instead she opens the window, I roll down mine and then I sit for two minutes while she yells at someone in the back, proceeds to take an order, CLEANS UP HER AREA (seriously!) but makes no eye contact. Um, did you expect me to run the register and the credit card machine too? I just gave up after a few minutes of being ignored...all told 20 minutes lost and who knows how long it would have taken to receive my modest order.

I am blown away by the terrible service here. Its kind of a shame because the latino gentleman that manages the place is usually very kind and generally good at his job. However this most recent experience with Valya was awful from start to finish. I credit the gal for being there at 650 AM on a Saturday, as the last place I want to be is work, I get it, but she was unbelievably rude, and I dont say that as an exaggeration I seriously could not believe how rude she was throughout the experience. When I got to the window she said nothing just took my money, closed the window, then brought my food again without a word, no confirmation, no have a nice day, nothing. I hoped maybe she wasnt finished but she was, so I had to wait an additional couple of minutes for her to come back so I could ask for ketchup. Which she then grabbed a handful of, hastily dropped it into my hand, dropping packets all over the drive thru and my car, and again without a word shut the window. I am nothing less than appalled. Short version: I know how much you get paid lady, and its enough not to act like that. Your attitude doesnt warrant you working, even in fast food.,

This is my experience at this Burger King. I stopped by get a quick snack and and an ice tea. I thought Id have one of the new salad wraps. I ordered the ice tea and was told that they only had raspberry ice tea. What fast food place only has raspberry ice tea? Then the drive through person asked me if I wanted grilled or crispy chicken? I said grilled and then she said oh just a minute. She came back and said its going to be 7 minutes. This was 11:30 in the morning just before the lunch rush. What fast food restaurant has a 7 minute wait for a chicken. Needless to say, I said forget it, Ill go some place else. This is not the first time Ive been told there is a 7 minute wait but it will be the last time. Dont you think that having chicken that has to be cooked that long would have it prepared a head of time?

Had a birthday party here. We all met here and ate and let the kids play on the play structure... the next day we ALL got very sick. Not sure if it was food poisoning or we got a virus from the structure not being clean, but I will never go here again. We all had nausea vomiting and diarrhea! This was like 14 people total!

I ordered 6 value burgers and 4 value fries. I always cringe when going through the drivethru and you get"parked" while they cook fresh fries. However 15 minutes later and one horrible Google review later Im still sitting here waiting. Guys that walked in are now walking out. Last time here I guess.

The worst experience ever! I over heard the manager of the store talking about this young teenage girl that was just served. I believe that the manger is a pervert and that has a dirty mind. I will never go back to this place again! Im not sure how this guy got management

Edited review. In the last 4 months it has gone downhill drastically. Every time I go through the DT I get asked to pull around and wait for my food. I watch a small line of cars go out and then something is wrong with my order. Literally this is my last 3 visits.

This place is definitely not a BK at its finest. Drive through lady has a voice that makes me lose my appetite. Inside service is slow. Cool fries are not uncommon. Its too bad the next closest BK is so far away!

it has a 7 minute wait because the food does not just appear cooked magically it takes 5-6 minutes to cook so if you want it fast make ir yourself people do not understand until they have worked at a fast food .

Only go here a couple of times a year. But I have always had a good experience with the drive through. They get my orders right. And they are friendly. They also have diet caffeine free coke here!

Waited about 10 minutes for food. Chicken sandwich was obviously microwaved and quite soggy. Place wasnt busy at the time. Cheeseburger was not bad but all toppings were on one side.

This burger King is great the staff is friendly and the food is almost always fresh
