The burgers are good, but not the best. But is you get anything with chicken in it expect it to be great, really the chicken is amazing, so is the milkshakes that are the best in Stark county. The floor is clean so are tables. But music is from the 80s and very loud, 4 TVs have 80s music videos, 2 have Food Network. 1 has ESPN. Would recommend for people who like chicken and dont mind loud music.

Incredibly nice employees! There is a delicious aroma of burgers as soon as you walk in. The menu has a picture of every burger available, which helps in picking out a burger. The prices are a little steep at ~$7.00 each with no fries, but the taste is worth it. The shakes are very good too, although there only one size. One could easily be split between two people.

I came from 30 minutes away to try Smoke and was very glad I did. I had the Buffalo Blue Cheese Burger with Steakhouse seasoned fries. The Burger was juicy and delicious, fries were hot and fresh, and they have Cheerwine! The employees were also really polite and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Nice staff, and great food. A little bit pricey but its worth it. This place reminds me of where Guy Fieri would come to. The interior is great also. I think due to the location that not many people have came here but I think more people should. Overall, a great place to be.

Service with a smile, great fries with a variety of available seasonings, hand-made fresh ketchup, great burgers, and even the buns were of good quality that didnt get soggy. Prices are competitive with the higher end menu items available at fast food places.

One of my favorite chains. However, the veggie burger option is nasty. Hope they can expand more! The spicy burger is one of the best burgers Ive had. Look out for the one in massillon soon if thats still being built. Best burger around

Burger was great, tons of flavor. Would have rated 5 stars but my friend who I ate with ordered wings and said they tasted like hot dogs. He said I wouldnt suggest the wings. Fries were great also.

I came into the restaurant rushed and didnt know which burger to order. Katie explained them all patiently . Burger was pretty good, and she also threw in a free drink and fries! Cant beat it!

Hotdogs and Hamburgers with a unique favor and toppings. Very generous portions. Fries and shakes are excellent. Pay a little bit more but well worth it. Join their rewards program and save.

The food is ok, but the prices certainly do not reflect that. The patties are preformed frozen patties, the bacon is a form of ready bacon. Not worth the money we spent.

Way over priced, $9 for a burger with no drink or fries and flavour that was mediocre at best. Then they forgot half the order when they brought it out. I wont be back
