This review is specific to this location, although some of it applies to all RRs I have been too. First - this is the first location around here that has RRs updated new look and tagline - something about burgers and brews. So here is the catch - this is the worst beer selection of any American style eatery around, chain or not. There is literally no craft beer. Well, Sam Adams. Any more, this is simply unheard of. It is like going back a dozen years - yeah, we have a big selection!! Bud, Coors AND Miller. I will say that the Clay Terrace location has at least 4 decent craft options at all times, so I am confused as to why this location is poor in this location. the second issue is the bottomless fries. Look - I get it - the portions are big enough and like many I do not need more fries. :). But occasionally we want them. Basically you will not get more fries. They might take the order but they will never bring it. Eventually you give up, pay and leave. I suspect this is the goal. They say they are cooking. Even though your original order comes 20 minutes after you make it (with a burger) it takes 30 minute for more fries.

Good location and friendly staff, popular items all over the menu - I really love the Blue Ribbon burger and Salted Caramel Monster Shake. Prime Chophouse, Bonzai, and Whiskey River BBQ burgers also make great choices and sure to fill with bottomless steak fries. The bar has some good drinks but like most chain restaurants its hard to recommend the overpriced cocktails. However the spiked milkshakes are a treat one could justify. The Red Robin Royalty rewards program makes for fun discounts and a free birthday burger. One of the solid American restaurant chains that does a lot better than most of the others.

Wonderful experience! This visit to Red Robin was a first for my husband and I, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Seating was quick for a Saturday, our waiter, Candace was great. We ordered two Smoky Tavern burgers with fries and drinks. Drinks were served promptly. Orders were correct, and the food came out hot and tasted delicious! The burger had lots of flavor, and the fries were crispy. Great service AND great food. Highly recommend. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because this location is very cramped, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

We went in for my mothers birthday and the waitress was very friendly and we were helped rather quickly. My mother was still eating her dinner and we were getting ready to order dessert when we were asked to move because they wanted to seat another group at our table, not only that but the manager kept watching my father for over 20 minutes. The manager didnt apologize for the inconvenience, he thought a couple free appetizers were enough for us to overlook the rudeness. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Mind you this was on my mothers birthday.

Inviting and cozy surroundings, friendly service and hands-on manager, can change any burger into a chicken sandwich/burger, various no-charge bottomless side item alternatives, free dipping sauces by request, bottomless root beer floats, convenient walking distance from the nearby Drury Inn. Visited with our Catholic faith group (about a dozen in our group). Servers and manager worked together to set up a table for us, and the manager generously offered our group a bunch of baskets of fries as free appetizers.

Everything about this place is good for food. Im mostly frustrated with the way the chain promotes beer and brews and pubs and taverns. There is a beer menu with limited draft beers. The only priced beer are domestic. If you want craft beer and prices of non-domestic beer, you must ask your server, and they must find out the information and come back. There no real beer menu, only a list of draft beer brands, excluding prices and craft beers. Its extremely disappointing that the beer is so inaccessible.

This is my first time doing this... But, look at this burger. Its supposed to have guacamole and bacon on it. I see a dab of guacamole but no bacon. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and he just blames it on the kitchen. Really? Like I didnt know the kitchen made a mistake. He continues to apologize but doesnt attempt to rectify the situation. I wasnt going to drive back anyway but he handled my complaint poorly. Really? His response is that the kitchen made a mistake. SMH.

I love Red Robin. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. The food is almost always both cooked and presented perfectly. If you like burgers - this place is a good value. Their rewards program actually rewards you. Its one of the best programs I have ever used. I like the Whiskey River BBQ, Wedgie, and original Red Robin burgers. The bottomless fries are great, too. I love the ambiance, the service, the burgers, the fries. Unfortunately, two people drinking water and getting burgers and fries will pay about $30, inclusive of tip and tax. So, if I want to spend that much money, I think that I will go somewhere where they offer a wider variety of food. Then, once in awhile, every few months or so, I will go to Red Robin for a gourmet burger at a gourmet price.

Food not bad but very noisy, was being seated right at the front door on a cold night and requested another empty table, so she took us to a table right next to service/kitchen door. Asked why we couldnt sit at another of the many empty tables and she replied they had to be cleaned off??? We ordered carry out at the bar and it seemed to have taken forever. Definately WONT go back to this one!!!

The manager Brandy was fantastic. We were in a rush and a party of 8. She made sure to expedite our food and really the whole process. She was nice and accommadating. Its rare these days to see a worker go the extra step and actually try to find a solution when a challenge or something difficult comes about. Great job. And as always the food was great.

Wish I could comments on the food but my wife and I went to the restaurant with our 2 kids got seated and proceeded to wait to be seen for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of not getting so much as a "I will be right with you" we just got up and walked out. No one even asked on our way out why were just walking out.

We enjoyed dinner here this evening. Food was great, waitress was awesome. We tripped on the bunched up rug walking in and walking out. We said something to the hostess on the way in and no one bothered to fix it. A fall by a greedy guest could cost you thousands!! #ShowSomePrideInYourWordplace
