This place is great. I have been reading some of the post on here, and a lot of them sound pretty dramatic. I guess everybody is a food expert. My family and I just love this place. It is never dirty when we go in and the staff are always friendly and prompt. After speaking with several staff while visiting I was informed that they are encouraged to have fun and be upbeat with guest and co-workers. So if you see them smiling, laughing, talking, but doing their job why are people posting on here like its a bad thing? Maybe its just not your type of thing that doesnt mean its a bad thing at all. You cant please every single person, but from what I see on the regular is that they are hustling doing their jobs everytime we go in. Somebody is always running, cleaning tables, stocking pickle bar, wiping down, and sweeping. The cooks are always moving in the back ( open kitchen ) not one person is perfect. Maybe your burger was a little under maybe there was a new person in the back, maybe you didnt really know what the temp was. Does a mid-well burger contain pink in it? The answer is of course YES it does. I asked how many oz come in a order of fries, I was told 8oz wow half a pound and people are saying they are small??? 4 dollars. A large fry at mcds is 3.49 there are nowhere near as many. The quality of food isnt very good either. My fries are always packed full, 14oz of onion rings to an order, 6oz burgers, brisket, sirloin, and chuck. Grass fed cattle finished on corn, no antibiotics or hormones ever in any of their protiens. Turkey half white half dark meat this will cause a pink tint to the burger btw and unless you order a gobbler the other turkey burgers are byo so you have to add toppings, lto no charge only if you add a premium topping. Also I read an angry review because the person said they close at 11....No they dont they close at 10:30 Fri/Sat. The last review I would like to comment on is the person who said that their child got sick later in the evening after dinner at bspot seeming to be food poisioning. Did you take your child to the hospital is it a fact? Ore you just guessing? Even if you were a doctor you wouldnt be able to tell unless test were done. Nobody else got sick? I asked if they ever had any issues with food poisioning. I was told no. There were 2 complaints in the 2 years they had been open, but both ended up being stomach flu. I was also told by the server that there were zero violations in their last health inspection just a couple months ago. My family and I eat here all the time as do our friends and co-workers. We all love this place. The food is great. The service is great. I would bring and recommend anybody I know to try this place. Thanks,

Classic rock and roll plays in the background, good beers are on tap, and the food comes quick. This "come as you are" restaurant is the latest addition to the growing list of burger places in Indy. This one comes themed as a motorcycle garage, complete with replacement parts, garage doors, and industrial themed fixtures. The look and menu is very much from the mind of celebrity chef Michael Symon. He can be found on Food Network and the Chew. Food options are very meat focused with a range of burgers, brats, and bologna. Yes I said bologna. Who didnt grow up loving fried bologna? Sides include shoe string fries, onion rings, and a side salad. Other salads are available but I would warn vegetarians that options are limited. I had the Funguy burger which has griddle onions and mushrooms, and blue cheese crumbles. The thick patty was served on a nice brioche bun that was well buttered. The fries were nice and thin with decent seasoning. I think the best part of the meal was the SMores Milkshake. At $8 its a costly treat but comes with enough for sharing. The marshmallow top comes well charred and gooey. There is a good kids meal available at a reasonable $6. We arrived around 6:45 on a Friday night and was told there was a 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes and several other patrons being seated, I asked about a table for 4. I could see 3 booths and a table that could sit myself, wife, and two children. It seemed the hostess forgot to check the call ahead list and was focused only on walk-ins. I chalk this up to being a new place so it wont keep me from coming back. Overall I would say the experience was great, the food was very good, and our server, Rachel, was excellent. This is a great place to come and enjoy a meal. It is very family friendly but I suggest you come at an earlier time unless its a group of adults that are not in a hurry.

ZERO STAR...Waited at the bar top for 20 minutes while the bartender completely ignored us. I could care less how busy you are at least get some water on the fly. Finally we got drink orders and it took another ten minutes to get a bloody Mary. Granted they were kind of busy but still. Kitchen crew didnt have a clue what was going on all day. We spent over 2 hours in this place. Probably waited an hour from ordering to get our food and all of us had cold fries and empty drinks. Never asked for refills. My sandwich forgot its mushrooms so I asked for them. 10 minutes later I asked for them again as she proceeded to the cook to place the order for them. Food was great minus the cold fries. We all would have loved for a zero tip which we should have split the bill up to do so. Sadly we had to tip 20% on 165 for some sad piss poor service. Staff could have better appeal and hygiene for the area. I watched one girl poor a drink and her hair was inside. My sisters salad was never brought which we saw sitting in the window for 45 minutes. Before we left it got served to another table. Will never be back.

Agree with most the service is not good. The greeter didnt really say much and when we asked for a booth she just gave us a look. The place was not busy and they were plenty of booths. She could have at least smiled. The burger was ok. I would gone a 3 or 4 if the food was better. I honestly thing they are using frozen beef. I had a New Jack City and if wasnt spicy from the toppings the burger would have been totally bland. The meat was not seasoned at all. It wasnt the worst, but when you pay $11 just for a burger (fries are another $4) you expect fresh beef. This was my 2nd time here and was much better the first time. It also seemed like they were using fresh ingredients then. I am not sure if they are cutting costs with frozen beef but with what they are charging you would think fresh beef would be in the budget.

Took my mom to lunch here. The chocolate banana marshmallow and apple pie bacon shakes were delicious. So were the Lola fries. The atmosphere was very industrial and minimalistic in a very cool and interesting way. I ordered the ballpark brat and was disappointed. The brat was relatively flavorless and the bun was way too large and not very good. The onions they put on the brat were just cooked to softness when I was hoping for some crispiness. My mom made her own burger and loved it. Overall I give it a 3 because even though I liked the shakes and the atmosphere, its just like every other burger joint in Indy and I was disappointed in my food. I was hoping to be wowed and I was only mildly pleased.
