The service is always slow. I have ordered a steamer pack and had to wait nearly half an hour, and then watch them give my food to the car next to me. Today, I went through the drive through to order breakfast. I asked for the toasters and they did not have those any more. I ordered a scrambler and was told to drive to the window. After waiting nearly 10 minutes behind another car at the window, I get to pull up. I was then informed that they were out of grits and the guy "didnt have the heart to tell me when I was at the drive through menu" He then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted anything else. Yeah, my 10 minutes back

I have eaten at this Krystal location for about 2 years now ever since I moved to Montgomery. I have never been all that impressed with the food quality and GHASTLY service, but now they are FILTHY! My last trip there I ordered some Krystal Chicks. I opened the first one to put some hot sauce on it and what do I see? A ginormous dead fly right on top of the chicken patty all slathered in mayonaise. I enjoyed krystals prior to my move to Montgomery and even with this location it was still "ok" but I will NEVER eat at this location again. Ill take my business to another Krystal location and I recommend you do the same.

Okay so they can make chocolate shakes but they cant add one to your order theyre not allowed to or at least thats what the girl said at the window its more like no we closed in like an hour thats just too much extra work for me
