Today my husband and kids went to the Indianapolis Childrens Museum so after the museum we were extremely hungry so my husband looked up top burger places to eat. We chose this place because it was on our way home. First off their customer service sucked the girl acted like we were bugging her and when I asked about a certain she just said Ive never tried it. Having worked in a few restaurants I know thats NOT the answer you should give. Even if you have not tried a certain menu item your response should be positive from the start. I then asked her if it was popular she replied with yes people order it. Wow not the answer that should be given again. Anyways I ordered the said burger and begun to finish our order. When we got our order the lack of toppings were ridiculous. I ordered the Thai burger which had maybe a table spoon of asain slaw and way too much peanut butter. My husband and son got a burger with bacon which literally had one piece of bacon cut in half. The burgers all in all were tiny and dry. I would not suggest this place for a good burger. Youd be better off going to jack in the box or Hardees for the money and taste.

I decided to try Punch Burger for lunch today because of the grass fed ground beef. Their beef is locally raised and grass fed which is supposed to be better for you me and the environment. The burger was fricken fantastic! I was surprised the meat patty wasnt bigger, but that is probably just the oinker in me coming out. The burger was loaded with 2 ripe tomatoes, a healthy dose of leaf lettuce, really nice crisp pickles and ketchup and mayo and I think American cheese--I suppose I could have asked for another cheese but I didnt look into it that far when I ordered. The bun was also above average. Really nice. Fricken awesome. The basket of fries was also really good. They were really big, coated and seasoned waffle fries. So delicious. I am very glad I tried Punch Burger today, because it was one of the best lunches I have had in a while! You really gotta try this folks. Trust me. Believe me, I know. Theyre gonna be huge!

Stopped here for a late lunch on the recommendation of a colleague. It was all fresh and made-to-order burger shack food. I enjoyed it. I didnt find it to be more or less appealing than a Five Guys. In fact, Id say they are basically operating the same business model. Punch Burger will cost just a little more, but my coworker said they use locally-sourced products. For that and the specialty burger menu, Im willing to pay a small premium. Overall it earns its four stars. Ill be back.

I dont know what that guy at the bottom was talking about as far as the waffle fries go. They were NOT greasy at all, perfectly crispy and seriously yummy. I am vegan so ordered the vegan Thai burger and it was one of the best I have ever had! Super thick and not over cooked which is what usually happens with vegan burgers. Also never thought I would say this but the peanut butter was spot on. Really you cant go wrong with Punch Burger and they have the best waffle fries around.

Pros - average tasting burger. The beef taste like Wendys. Good size, 1/3 pound. Serve beer. Cons - $$$, waffle fries and sweet potato tots are average and not seasoned, very greasy, bacon is really thick cut so extra crispy is hard to achieve. One person ordering a burger, fries, and drink = $14.00. Not worth it for an average tasting burger, I will just head to Wendys next time or get a $10 burger next door at Stacked Pickle or Bubs.

Another burger joint? Yep, and I am actually not too upset about it. I started my journey with a Tavern burger (Cheddar, Onions and BBQ sauce) with a side of some waffle fries to go with it. Quality of meat and construction was really good. Very juicy, but not a blast of flavor or seasoning. I was pleased with my burger, but was hoping for a little more flavor. I will try another option or build my own next time and update my review after that.

Great local Angus burgers for a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and friendly helping pick which burger to order. They have Angus, turkey, and even duck burger options. Surprisingly, they even ask you how youd like your burger done. I built my own Angus burgers with pretzel bun and added guac. Side of sweet potato tots. Very tasty. Will come back again for sure. Next time trying the local beer and milkshakes.

Awesome food and service! Matt and his crew took great care of us (party of 15+). We all got something different, and it all came out exactly AS ORDERED and all together! Ill just say everyone was part of the clean plate club! From the blue cheese burger to the Texas, to ground turkey. Everything was great. Also great that the meats are sourced from local farmers.

Made to order, customizable, locally sourced delicious food. I had their duck burger (with Asian slaw and teriyaki) and it was a true delight. Lots of sauces to choose from for your fries and burgers. Pineapple is even a topping option! Atmosphere and service is also top notch. I went there during the lunch rush and none of the workers skipped a beat.

they ask for tip as soon as you purchase. They gave me three percentage options, so I chose the middle percentage since I dont know what kind of service I will receive. After this, the cashier says, "thats hardly anything." Then she disappears in the back while my food is being made. Who knows what she did to my food. Never coming back.

I had their burger with egg and cream cheese on it, and it was very yummy. Would not advise doing two patties though. Their fries are yummy as well. Definitely a quality burger, and I believe they use local grass fed stuff. Definitely going back to try something else.

The food here is great! Stopped by and had a chorizo burger and sweet potato tots. The burger was absolutely delicious. The tots were fantastic as well. The prices were pretty reasonable. Look to spend about $12 a person. I will absolutely be coming back!

Really mediocre burgers for more $ than they should be. The patties are really dense and lack much meat flavor. They try to make up for it with some crazy toppings, but at the end of the day Id rather go a few blocks down for Bru.

Pretty good burger combos, and side choices. Prices are a little steep and the sides seem like they come from a freezer bag. Food is freshly prepared so you know it will be hot but be willing to wait a little.

The food is spectacular! Their shakes are great, too! They also have good local beer on tap! The staff is awesome, and at this point they all recognize me. Fast, friendly, accurate--Why go anywhere else?

Food was delicious. I had the turkey burnt cheese with an over easy egg. Egg was perfectly runny and the turkey patty was like nothing Ive ever tasted. Awesome! Price point was right on the money.
