Update: So its been a few months and my previous review still holds true. I think their biggest problem is that their employees dont really care and are lazy. These guys look like a joke compared to the local McDonalds restaurants... It doesnt matter what time of day it is our how busy they are, every burger king in Holland is so SLOW!!! The only reason I have them 2 stars is because the food is USUALLY good. I have given them I dont know how many chances and they are NEVER fast, even if there is no one in the drive threw or inside! I worked fast food for 4 years between burger king and McDonalds, I know how they should operate but they fail to perform every single time.

Sometimes they are open on time. But they are supposed to be open at 6am and sometimes they are not. As a third shifter who gets out and reaches the place at around 6:05 to quickly pick up a breakfastw and head home it is frustrating. Also sometimes the drive thru lady seems very rude. I know it is early but after a long day at work I dont need to be put down by someone who seems angry. Not the best morning mood. I would expect more from someone working in customer service.

Every single time I go to this burger King they seem to get my order wrong. Not only that, but the cashiers that take your order are always rude. They talk so sluggish like theyre tired of working there. If you dont like your job, quit and go somewhere else. I go in the morning often and they are completely different. The morning ladies are great. Its the afternoon and dinner crew that is terrible.

I gave two stars out of mercy. Your way not right away! The taste of the whopper meat is not too bad. The condiments like pickels and onions,tomatoes tastes expired and not very fresh.All in all I recomend going to McDonalds just down the road from this so called Burger King. As far as the rest of food coming out of this place... It all sucks!

Only 2 cars in the drive through at 10:30 at night. They used the "we are under staffed" excuse for a 20 minute wait. Messed up my order on top of that. ordered 2 double cheese burgers and got 2 single cheese burgers that were cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. Horrible experience. Somethings got to change

Horrible customer service. No cashier present after we ordered. One employee was on break in lobby and witnessed the lack of service and just sat and did nothing. They also forgot part of our meal. When they finally came back they were inappropriately fraternizing all over the front counter.

Waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing at the front counter. Ordered my sandwiches plain. (I really should have checked before I left.) I was on foot and headed to work so, I wont take it back today. Ill take it back tomorrow.

Terrible service, whoever is managing this place if failing. 35 minute wait. Messed up my order on 3 consecutive visits. I DO NOT WANT FRIES for my wait. My mistake for repeatedly giving them a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance.

Terrible customer service. Was given wrong food, and the fast food worker in the back remaking my order had the nerve to say I ordered it wrong. Go to the one on James street by US 31 instead. Theyre way better

Staff is always friendly and get the burgers as ordered as compared to a neighboring competitor. Could use a little improvement on the upkeep. Tables are sometimes left with trash from previous customers.

I HATE THIS BURGER KING!!!! Maybe Im an idiot for constantly giving them a "second try" but seriously, it should NOT take 12-20 minutes to get 4 items out the window at 9:30am. STUPID!

Pretty much everytime that I have been here the staff has been super friendly. I always get my order quickly unless there is a customer in line that is being indecisive and slow.
