I placed an order, and in the instructions I wrote to call when outside because my buzzer is broken. I waited over an hour until I finally called to ask where my food was and they said they tried to call me several times but that the number didnt work . My buzzer hasnt worked in several months, I order food from seamless almost everyday sometimes multiple times a day and they never have a problem calling me when theyre outside but for some reason, this time around, my phone didnt work according to Joe the alleged manager of the restaurant. It was a little difficult to understand him with his thick accent but he was very rude over the phone, unapologetic and offered no resolution, I just said i wanted my money back and he agreed. I Suggest Joe the manager learn how to dial a number in NYC and learn some customer service skills because theyre severely lacking.

Well, we started out with appetizers, bbq wings and fried shrimp. The shrimp were the prebreaded, butterflied kind that you can buy at the supermarket cheap. I would typically expect handbreaded shrimp. The wings were served in some kind of bland bbq sauce. Thank goodness, they were tender and juicy. The pulled pork sandwich was also Costco tasting (yes, I made the same face you are now), with an even more disappointing sauce. The baby back ribs were not bbqd but baked and dipped in bbq sauce and salty. Our sides, werent any better. Canned baked beans (also bland), canned or frozen creamed spinach, Cole slaw (which was actually pretty good ), and potatoes. Overall, for the money, I probably wont return, because in New York, you can get authentic bbq in most parts of the city.

One star for fresh bread. Very disappointing beef brisket sandwich to go. Ordered it "with everything, extra spicy." Got a look that suggested I was out of line. Opened the package to find slabs of extremely dry brisket between the fresh bread. A separate container had some lettuce, one tomato slice and a few pickle ends (no onions, no hot peppers); a container of flavorless red sauce included. Because I remineded server "extra spicy" when handed me, she threw in one container of actual barbeque sauce with a little flavor.

This was the first place we went for dinner. It was great. The price was right, the atmosphere was good and the food was good. This became the second place that came to mind when we were considering dinner each night. Would definitely go there again.

Ordered the brisket. Very disappointing: dry, no smoky flavor, no fattiness. The sides (mac n cheese, spinach) were ok, but nothing special. Also, they charge 8% extra for delivery! What a ripoff.

The buffalo wings had no flavor they were just hot the gyro had old lettuce and the restaurant was hot would not recommend or ever come back the bathroom hasnt been cleaned all day

Went there for lunch, I cant say it was horrible but it had that straight from the freezer in to the microwave slap a little sauce on it and give it to the customer taste

I suggest people not to buy from here the manager is a a-hole, and cant own up to when an order has or is no good. But dont take my word for it, good luck.
