And all she told me was the I was support to tell her so I told her I did told it to the girl up front and then I told her why I get just a chicken leg and she say the is what you order so the is what you get. I go there almost every weekend but I think this is going to be my last. I didnt like the serviced this girl gave me. By any chance my bill was $19.03. Thank you

Worse service I have ever experienced. I placed a order over the phone for delivery, and when the delivery guy arrived with my food he was very nasty and rude. He demanded to see the credit card that I used to charge my order. He waited for like 2 minutes while I went back inside to look for my credit card when I went back out to the door he was gone with my food. My credit card was charged, so I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the phone and said those are the rules of the restaurant that they must see the credit card. I explained to him that I went to get the card, and when I came back to the door the delivery guy was gone with my food, and that my credit card was charged. The manager was also very rude and told me not to worry that I was going to be issue a full refund in about a day or two. They lost a loyal customer. Hopefully upper management will read my review, and come up with a better system.

I grew up in Chelsea and I would have to say that I have been to way better BBQs and Restaurant in general compare to this one.I really have to mention this but this BBQs use to be so much better 8 years ago. The crowd right now just looks ridiculous and the waiter and waitress really dont care to much about the customers. I went there one night when a boxing match was taking place and of course I should of know they would not show Pay Per view matches on there televisions. I rather walk down the block to Boston Market (with no televisions) and have a bite to eat instead of going to this place again.I went here two months ago that was my first time going since 4 years ago and I have to say I wont be going back again, unless someone pays for my meal. The sad thing about it the place is so bad now I would still have to think about going or not.

The service here was excellent. Jimmy was a great server and was thoughtful enough to bring me warm BBQ sauce for my BBQ chicken sandwich. Which brings me to the reason for the 2 stars. The food was not well done at all. The BBQ chicken sandwich was just chicken on a bun with BBQ sauce on it -and not much sauce at that. Hence why Jimmy had to bring me more. The rice that came with my sandwich was hard, like it had been left out for a while. And the top of the cornbread my friend ordered was rock hard as well. Then at the end they have us some mini cupcakes that look like they had been purchased from the supermarket down the street. Ive always liked going to Dallas BBQ which makes this visit so disappointing. Im not going to this ever again.

DBBQ: Slightly cheaper than NYCs other barbeque joints but significantly lower quality. After being seated, I was ready to order a tall drink (booze is inexpensive and big here). After 30 minutes, a waitress arrived for my drink order. 30 minutes is too long. Subsequent orders were just as delayed. The chicken wings and ribs were good. The ribs are a bit saucier than I prefer but that may have been to compensate for the not-so-moist meat. The atmosphere also fell short of other barbeque restaurants. Its like a TGIF or Applebees minus the props. The place was clean and well maintained but had no vibe. After having eaten at quality barbeque spots like Rub, Dinosaur, and Fette Sau, I have no interest in returning to a Dallas BBQ.

I used to come here all the time. It was good for my kid and family. I ordered a margarita with the extra shot, and my wife ordered one without the shot. The waitress said, no it comes with the shot, and I looked at the sign on the table and I said, so now it comes with the shot? The waitress said yes, and I saw the price said $7.99 I think. When we got the bill, we complained because she charged us an extra dollar for teh shot. I told her she said it was included and she denied saying it. The manager backed her story. I left holleirng at the top of my lungs, and left no tip. This is a tactic they probably use hoping that patrons will not look at their bill. AVOID THESE THIEVES

We go often to BBQ with my family. We enjoy the food and the margaritas they do. This Sunday we went to eat lunch there. The waitress was very professional. But the food no longer taste as good as before. Our bake potatoes looked as if the potatoes were starting to get ruined. My husbands BBQ ribs barely had BBQ. My sons chicken wasnt even rotisserie it was fried and it wasnt even cooked properly. They didnt even put the fried onions to our steak. Were disappointed and were not thinking about going anymore or even recommending BBQ to anyone anymore. We understand that its a busy business but to my opinion every order should be prepared in a adequate way and served the right way.

Ive been dining at BBQs for years but have never written a review until now. Stopped by this location one night after a day party and as usual the service is always prompt. The place is ALWAYS pretty filled to capacity on almost any night. They are very popular for their texas sized daquiri drinks and never fail to order at least one whenever I stop by BBQs. The food is delicious but most of it is not very health conscious so if you are on a diet...beware! Most of their foods are fried or mostly carbs but they have started serving a grilled salmon that I tried with a side salad and it was delicious. The wings are always an exellent choice anyway that you order them!
