I was very clear. I ordered 5 legs, 1 personal mac+cheese, and a medium diet soda. I was charged for a 3 piece meal and a 2 piece meal, given a biscuit and a cookie and probably charged an extra few dollars for it. The receipt also said I should have gotten 2 biscuits, and they didnt even get that right. I only got 1. I threw out the biscuit and cookie because Im on a diet, which is why I only needed/could have the 5 legs and mac+cheese to reach my daily 1800 calorie goal. I tried calling the branch twice so they could have a chance to explain themselves before I wrote this review, but nobody picked up the phone both times that I called. Horrible service.

The only complaint is that they didnt tell me the total until the window, then only charged for part of the meal, and asked for the credit card back to charge for the rest - in the end its the same, but unprofessional and unnecessarily confusing. Other than that, it was a great experience. The food was excellent, everything tasted as if it were just made. The woman taking our order was very friendly and accommodating for my wifes difficulty hearing, and despite the confusion with what to charge for the meal the staff at the window was also very friendly. Would be five stars without that confusion.

I would not recommend eating here. I love KFC but this location disappoints me every time. On 3 different occasions 1) Stood in line for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. Then it took forever to get my food & i was the only person there. (No one in Drive-Thru either) 2) Barely any skin on my chicken & the biscuits were hard. 3) I had a big order. (over $150 worth) So I was shocked when they said no to substituting 2 of my sides. I explained it was for someone with food allergies but again they refused. "We cant. Try another location if you really wanted it."

The place is a mess. The food made me sick. I threw up after one spoon of their mashed potatoes. I was the one customer in line at the time, but still had to wait until after these employees stopped talking amongst themselves. I was giving the guy my order and not once, but twice the employee turns around to talk to the female employee & they laugh then the guy ask me "What did you say?" Like really! He would have known what I was ordering had he paid attention to me, the customer, rather than make jokes with his co-worker.

Tried eating her last night and was unsuccessful. We saw the "Drive thru open" sign on and two cars still in the drive through line at 7:50PM. We get up to order at 7:55 and they indicated they were closed. I inquired what time they closed and they said 8pm. I informed her it wasnt 8 yet but 5 minutes till. She then said "oh well we just ran out of chicken". Not sure how a KFC runs out of chicken or if she was lieing and ready to go home. Either way we will avoid coming here in the future.

When I questioned the woman at the window about allowing this to happen, she had some lame excuse about the computer. If you allow this kind of bullshit to take place, why even take orders at the menu?

They messed up the order. We didnt get what we paid for. We paid for 16 pieces and got 12. We asked for wings, legs and breast NO THIGHS and we got 2 wings and the rest were breast and thighs. We asked for potatoes and gravy and we got potatoes and green beans.

This place can never get a drive-thru order correct. I ordered an 8 piece, mashed potatoes & gravy, and Cole slaw. When I opened it at home, I got my chicken with a container of gravy and Mac & cheese. Its not KFC as a whole thats bad, just this store.

KFC is false advertising the $ 20 tender Fill Up. They have a big poster marketing their deal. When I went to order it for my kids they told me they no longer have it in their system. The Manager said she was powerless to do anything about it.
