Been coming to this location for years and had problems on and off but tonight was by far the WORSE experience ever at this location. I went through the drive thru. The lady on the speaker was nice but once I got to the window the lady there was very short and frustrated and it showed. I received my food with NO receipt and once I pulled off I realized that all of my food was NOT in the bag. I go back through the drive through because tonight it wasnt crowded and she had the nastiest attitude. I advised I did. It recurve on if my meals ($5.00 fill up box 2pc), that one of my orders was incorrect and missing something, and that I needed honey mustard for my tenders. Her attitude was terrible for a mistake they made on their part. It is not always this way at that location but tonight I had to review because it was not necessary. I tried to call to speak with a manager but the line is busy. Added a few pics of what I received and its condition. Just be cautious.

So, I know Im about to complain about a Taco Bell. This isnt a fancy restaurant. But when I order three things and you tell me you dont know how to make a potato burrito (which is on the menu) youre just saying you dont know how to do your job. I was offered a different choice of burrito "unless I knew how to make the burrito I wanted" I asked for a Volcano burrito and was told they dont have it (also on the menu). So I settled for a regular burrito which also came out WRONG. After 20 minutes and watching 3 drive thru orders get filled, I have decided that my cashier, Day, and the rest of the staff have kept me from ever returning to this location.

One night I wanted to try something different and came to this Taco Bell / KFC everything was good until I looked in the back where they are preparing the food and realized some of the employees wasnt wearing gloves while preparing the food. The only person I can vouch for that wore gloves was the African gentleman. The lesson for today is to avoid this Taco Bell / KFC Unless you like people preparing your food with dirty hands and yes I saw them picking up other things alone with preparing the food and not washing their hands smh.

Gonna sound crazy, but I actually think this KFC is better than any other Ive been too. I even drive past another KFC just to go to this one. They have a taco bell here too, but Ive never tried it. Food was hot. Staff was friendly.
