This has to be THE WORST POPEYES IN THE AREA! Always long wait times. customer service is very if not extremly poor. Came to this location on 8-11-2017 at 2:30 PM. Went into the drive through and the kid who was working it during that time frame, while I was trying to place a order, had the nerve to say "What you want"? First of all, these are the same people that beg the state for 15$ a hour for minium wage. Bullcrap. The jerk who was working at the window NAME IS ELVIN! Does this location really believe that i will spend my hard earn money when the fool has the nerve to say "what you want" as if im doing them a favor by ordering? Sir, think again. You work at a popeyes in the drive through NOT IN A COPERATE OFFICE. So i then left, and will never spend a dime at this location. Called this location to speak to a manager, his name is I believe Mr. Brown or Mr. bryant or something like that. Told him the situation and NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING. So we see who leads the flock. His customer is not to par either. So i will Not come back to location and i will rather drive an extra 20 mins to Laplata for better service.

I made up my own scale 1--10 This scale is from the 5 times Ive been here Cleanliness of front entry an mid 10 Greeting of staff. 6.5 ( Please work on greetings NOT LAZY greetings please)(mostly the teenagers are very rude over the speaker as well as when you come in) Friendliness 5 ( a few of employees are friendly not many) Quality of food 4 ( The chicken is always cooked too much, you cant enjoy the meat) Quanity of helpings 10☺ Prices 1 ( The cost is too much for the poor quality of food) Cleanliness of restrooms 8 Variety of choices 10 Attitude of cashier/Host 6.5 ( very rushed, attitudes, and stares just horrible) Attitude of server N/A Uniform/Attire of Employees 6 (Keep the hair under the hats or nets please Music/ entertainment N/A Possibility of returning 2 I highly recommend change for this restaurant, managers please do an assessment of your employees and your chicken.

the service sucked big time..you have to ask for napkings you have to ask for ketchup you have to ask for plastic spoon..its not the first time that that happen to me and when you ask for it the look upset.just because i ask for my food to go does not mean that im going to eat it at home..they give gime side orders that need to eat them with a spoon its just common sense that im going to need an spoon and napkins and ketchup for the fries and chicken its the only popeyes in my area but im thinking in driving the extra miles to go somewhere else for better service

Waited for 27 mins in the drive thru at 7PM. Ordered and left but when I got home I discovered that yet again this Popeyes had screwed me in the drive thru. They forgot to put my coleslaw and corn in the bag. The chicken was old and cold, fries soggy and biscuits must have been leftover from breakfast. Paid over $45 for the meal and it was inedible. This is the 3rd time this Popeyes has disappointed. I will not be going back. Note to staff... Take a class from Chik-fil-a. They certainly could help you out.

If your deciding on going here dont. The food here was cold, The biscuit was nasty. I love Popeyes but certainly not this one. Go to the one in the Mall, its way better. Ive never had a problem with the one in the mall, there food is always fresh & warm & they never cheat you out of food. unlike this Popeyes did, I hardly got any food for the amount I paid for. I will ALWAYS be going to Popeyes in the mall. Dont waste your money on food thats cold, Go to the mall.

There food is hot and delicious . The customer service during the day is 5 star. You always see the staff involved and motivated to satisfy every customer. So anyone else who says otherwise OBVIOUSLY doesnt know what it takes to run such a hectic restaurant.

Its the worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Theres 10 servers behind the counter but I had to wait 15 minutes for them to take my order with only two customer in front of me. I will never come back to this Popeyes again.

Slow and God help you if you ask for one extra napkin or one dipping sauce to go with your meal. Not worth it with all the other options (KFC, Roy Rogers, Simply Good, etc.)
