The food is good - its Popeyes, and I love Popeyes. This store, however, is just filthy when I go in there - food and wrappers on the tables and the floors, trash outside. There are junkies nodding at the tables sometimes, and people drinking beer or liquor out of Popeyes logo cups. The employees are slovenly, inattentive, and when you do get them to focus on you, they seem to be possessed of bovine-like intelligence. Everythings done in slow motion. The last time I went in there, the lone woman named De’Shanel working the register stopped in the middle of taking an order from the woman in front of me, pulled out her cell phone, and took a 2-minute phone call from someone she was apparently very unhappy with, as a tremendous amount of profanity and rancor came forth from her during the call. Then she resumed taking the womans order, as if nothing had happened. BTW, the line was 11 people long when she did this. I guess the franchise owner is okay with all of this, because its been like this for years. I only go to this place when Im desperate for Popeyes and cant drive to the next closest one. Five stars for the food, zero stars for the store and the employees.

Always good to see staff good and young get along. Manager told young girl helping to quit and the top of rush. new po boy sandwish took 14 to get ready. I went the a cashier and she had no idea. She said I didnt serve you.. I said in a low tone can you please get the one who did?. She wavede off go over there I dont know where she is. My thought were damn get her! 2 min later food came out. I walked away like wow. From this day forward I will start talking load so they can here me. Being 40 with a 25 year old look gets no respect. Never come here again after 9 years on dedication. Go to Rockville better service and a willing to please attitude.

I waited for over ten minutes in line before anyone even addressed me, while watching one of the women who worked stand still. I assumed that she was on break or off duty until she took my order ten minutes later. Then, upon getting my food, I was told they were closing and that I couldnt eat inside. If Id had my order taken when the woman was first available to take it, I wouldve have been done eating by then and the customers ahead of me were still in the lobby eating. I did not appreciate this treatment at all and will not be going back to this Popeyes.

Customer service was awful... the cashier was very rude when trying to ask her to read back the order she said that she had everything even though it wasnt complete English it was half English and half Spanish so I just want to make sure she got it right. I will not spend my money anywhere where Im treated as if giving you my money is an inconvenience to you.

Decent, but not the best Popeyes. Service can be a bit slow and the chicken a bit greasy. Very friendly and clean, though. Its been consistently better the past few times Ive come (2016-17). I live nearby and swing by for chicken occasionally because of the convenience. Id certainly go more often if it was a great Popeyes.

Customer Services is ZERO... I went in to order lunch and because Ive asked about different prices; the employee had a very BAD attitude and additional the manager didnt do anything about so I decided to live and not placing my order. I will not refer none of my family and friends to this particular store.

Always slow, it would be nice to change the dynamics of the employees as english is not their first language, you spend a significant amount of time clarifying your order!!

I have been going to this restaurant for years.Anytime it gets busy, u just have to be patient. It always takes at least 10 to 20mins.to get your food.
