I was sort of afraid to visit this location after reading the other Yelp reviews, but we were in the area passing by, so we decided to check it out. Jeff Ss reviews are pretty dead on, So Im giving this location 2.5 stars. I visited on a saturday afternoon and it was pretty deserted, maybe 3 -4 other cars. Two of the employees were smoking next to the trash dumpster out back. We pulled up, looked at the menu for a few minutes, and then placed our order. In about 10 minutes the carhop brought our food out, it was all accurate. We ordered off the value menu (1.00 items only): an oreo sunday, crispy chicken sandwich, hamburger, small tater-tots. Prices for food and desserts are fair, but for fast food a little high.

Food is good...However, more than twice now Ive gone through on several different occasions and ordered sandwiches with extra mayo... every single time i got not even light mayo. As if they purposely didnt put any mayo because they knew I asked for extra...ALSO, went through today and only ordered 4 drinks... had to ask for drink carrier because the guy was going to just hand me 4 drinks while im in the car. Then I left and he never gave me not one straw, so I had to go back through the drive through again. (this is all on my lunch break) and then I noticed they actually charged me for a straw. RIDICULOUS!! Not worth the money if they cant get it right!

I went at night with my wife and daughter as an escape from the hotel. There were hordes of flying insects that descended from the lights above and clung to my vehicle. It was a hot night however we had to close the sunroof and windows and order from the drive thru. Unfortunately there was a spotlight over the pick up window and another swarm of flying bugs that flew into the restaurant each time they opened the window. Open top drinks and food are targets for the diving bugs. Someone needs to fly a crop duster low over this joint quick!! Food was slow but employee was nice.

Terrible Service Ordered 2 drinks 1 sweet iced tea and a sweet peach iced tea. both were piss warm/hot no ice returned both through drive through took almost 4 minutes to return with 2 new drinks then they were Luke warm also and tasted very sour dont know whats wrong but wont be stopping at this location again appeared to have about 6 younger kids working and looked like they all were horsing around and the lot was full and many pissed off people with how long service was taking!

Food was awful. I attempted to order the popcorn chicken and their menu was different from what they actually chose to serve. There was salt all over my popcorn chicken and the quality of the chicken was very low; it had the consistency of rubber. My family ordered chocolate malts that had 1/4 of an inch of malt powder in the bottom of the cup that wasnt mixed in. Poor service and a dirty outdoor eating area infested with bugs. Avoid this place.

1st time ever at a sonic and I wasnt impressed!! We went on a Monday afternoon around 3:30 and waited and good 20 mins for someone to even acknowledge that we were ready to order. Its not like they were busy 2 cars and one other couple waiting as well! While the manager and a few employees are standing around in the parking lot. I work in food service and to see this poor customer service I wasnt pleased ill probably never return here again.

I have been to this location many times and the service is usually slow but not terrible. Today I ordered two hot dogs and sat for 50 mins and then an employee argued with me and accused me of being a liar when I confronted them about my food, after arguing they gave me my food that was already made and sitting out on the table. This is the worst service I have ever seen and do not recomend this location to anyone.

This my 5th time here. 3 out of 5 Horrible..2 ok. I wont drag this out but what did it for me is the lack of professionalism and SUPER slow service. 20 mins at the window waiting for a shake...for real? Tonight..girl didnt even know the menu..and it took forever again while staff and manager laugh and joke. 2 stars for the 2 ok visits. My shake however, Its good but damn. SMH

i got food poisoning ..the worst ive ever had off a double cheeseburger, normally i love sonics but this caused me to dam near die, and ive lost two days of work, wish i could sue for it, you cant dam near kill people with bad food and just get away with it..and there is no poor-fair..only poor and worse..thank god denise got the chicken

Slowest service in the world. Dont get your last meal here, you probably wont get it in time. Im literally sitting in the drive through line, writing this review. Ill probably still be here tomorrow. I really hope my two drinks are worth this wait.

I wish I was kidding when I said I waited over an hour for my food, they forgot about our entire order once, then they forgot about my kids order the second time. Theyre slow and the service is terrible. The food really isnt that great either.

Great food, its my favorite burger joint. Many options for food. And the limeades are amazing, along with many other drink options which taste great as well. Service is commendable for getting the orders right, and they repeat it back to you.

They had problems with their ordering system and Josh calmly explained there problem and handled it in a fast and considerate way. He is a great employee that made the experience worth the little extra time. Very hard working

The server was a dude... WTF so thats one star instead of five. The order was correct that earns another star. He had to come back with our credit card slip but brought condiments which earned the last star... SUCK IT!!!

Last time I was there the food was cold and my food wasnt what I expected. My boyfriend was really mad because he was starving and he couldnt eat the food. Night time is not the time to go there....really bad service.

Poor service time even though not busy. Had to repeat order 3 times. Their "concrete" custard was anything but. Glorified thick shake. Awful flavors. Spent $20 and no one finished at all. Stick with DQ from now on.

They had taking a bit long on my order and mixed it up with the car behind us. I had a hole in the bottom of my cup and the food was cold. It was not bad food but was just a bad experience for my first time going.

Stopped for lunch. Was reading reviews on this place. So my experience was fine. Lickety split service, food was hot to very warm drinks were icy cold. It is just fast food.. Quick and easy ,get back in the road.

I always end up at Sonic when Im near by and Im not sure why. The cherry limeade never lets down but the food is not really that great. Its always slightly cold and just not what Im looking for.

A lot of options and better quality than fast food. Service is nice. A little pricier than normal fast food but it is worth it. Drive in is a cool concept but I know some people dont like it.
