The service was fine (Im forced to wonder why the previous reviewer waited 2 hrs for fast food), but the food itself was horrible. Id heard such good things about Cluck-U & decided to give it a whirl for lunch, but across my meal as well as those of my coworkers: The chicken was overcooked (or perhaps the oil hadnt been changed), the mashed potatoes were dry, the biscuit was a rock, and even the fountain soda was more akin to seltzer with a touch of bitter syrup. I ended up getting Sierra Mist just so itd be as close to selzter as possible... at least I like seltzer. One of my coworkers also got the wrong side, but she didnt ask to have it changed to the correct one -- I at least feel confident that if she did, theyd have probably replaced it in due order. The service was fine; the food far less so.

The place originally got shut down for health code violations like storing piles of refrigerated raw chicken on counters and floors. It has recently re-opened but still has issues with cleanliness and terrible workers who will hang up on you or act irritated in general for regular service. The restaurant will probably shut down soon again, and you probably dont want to eat there on the decline unless you want to risk food poisoning.

Ordered through Grub Hub, and I put in the wrong address. The person at that address took my food, but when I called the manager (although unhappy) sent me my order with the corrected address. Food was incredible! People really accommodating and patient even though it was close to their closing time. Im really appreciative of the understanding on their part, and the food was banging!

Ordered a sandwich and fries online. It took 2 hours for the delivery driver to finally get to my door and by then the fries were cold and the buns on the sandwich were so soggy it was almost unpleasant to eat. Ive ordered from there before and the food is mediocre at best, but the customer service is terrible and youd be lucky to get your delivery order in under an hour.

I am Irate right now because i ordered my food at 6:00 and it is now 8:00 and i have not got my FOOD YET! When i Called the Store the Manager Named "lee" claimed to Have tried to get in Contact with me because my Phone was cut off which was not possible cause i called to place the order i miss the old Crew that was there i never had to wait this long for cluck you ...

Not always the best service but theyve delivered to my address for about 5+ years now. They used to be the absolute best until they hired some students who were just a little too rude. I absolutely love the delivery guys! They are so genuine and they work so hard! I also love the one cashier who is also a musician. Hes great!

This place is kind of underrated. I wish more people would try it out so it wont die. I dont go all the time because Im not a big chicken fan personally (weird, I know) but if you like chicken (like 95% of the world) you will like Cluck-U.

The delivery time was bad....i called in at 8:18pm.....and got my food at 10:23pm....used the app that tells you how long it would take(30 mins.) and had to tell the driver where i lived....and still he went to the wrong place...

Food is good if youre craving something greasy and fattening. Staff is friendly, but service is really slow, so feel free to pop a squat after placing your order. Eating in is relaxed and they have several TVs.

Ordered some wings and a wrap for the game this Sunday. Took an hour total for the food to arrive. Poor service, wings were not very good and the wrap was decent. Going elsewhere for the next game day.
