Their ramen is amazing!! If youre a bit picky like me, you can customize your bowl a bit which my boyfriend and i usually do. Their noodles are spot on. If youre expecting it to look like the ramen from the grocery store youre wrong. The noodles are nice, the broth is so flavorful. I love their crispy pork and their tomago eggs are some of my favorite ever!! They have shishito peppers which are now one of my favorites. They come in a sauce that i love. Sometimes the sauce turns into a crispy "ramen candy " as i refer to it ( included a photo of it). SO good. The flavor of the sauce leaves me wanting more, i wish i knew what they used so i could recreate it as Im relocating out of state and will not be able to frequent this place much. My boyfriend enjoyed the brat stickers and said the accompanying sauce was really creamy and good. Id highly recommend this place to anyone! They have a decent drink selection, my favorite is the Crabbies Ginger beer. Weve never had bad service.

Visited this amazing establishment Thursday 2/2/17 for dinner. They made me feel very welcome as a single dinner. The Beef Udon dish was outstanding followed by an equally amazing sesame seed dessert. I just wish I could have tried more of their amazing looking food that was coming out the kitchen to the tables around me I noticed the restaurant remained full the entire time I was there. Now I know why, West Bend Wi. you guys are very lucky. Keep the torche lit guys.

Food is consistently AWESOME! Absolutely love coming here whenever we can. The ramen is my favorite (shrimp kimchi Shio) but their appetizers are also interesting and delicious! Its difficult to decide but the Pork Steam Buns are always ordered when we come. Have tried the shishitos which are spicy, the sauce is great. I like ordering the cucumber appetizer with the shishitos to cool down. The yuzu sauce is so yummy!

Amazing atmosphere. Old Godzilla films or episodes of Ultraman play on the tv while a mixture of punk rock, indie, and alternative play through the stereo. The ramen and udon dishes are incredible, as is everything else (Im looking at you, brat stickers). In short, if youre looking for an Asian fusion place with good people and great vibes located in city of West Bend then look no further. Tochi is for you

Recently checked this place out, and everything was on point! We loved the unique ramen dishes and great beer selection - everything we had was excellent. The staff was friendly & attentive, and the overall vibe of Tochi Ramen is fun & laidback. Kudos for the great vinyl selection too! Cant think of any other place where you can rock out while enjoying topnotch ramen. We will definitely come back!

A fascinating blend of traditional ramen and punk rock attitude! Adventurous approach, attractive presentation and a vibe that makes the dining experience entertaining and memorable. We drove in from the Milwakee burbs and it was well worth it. For Benders looking for a happenin date night or just good food delivered with panache, this is as solid as it gets.

Been to plenty of ramen place in Milwaukee and this place beats them all . Used to be in Shorewood when I just discovered it then moved out to West bend which is about 50 minutes away from downtown mke. The food is so good it was worth the travel even though I love right next to red light ramen . Highly recommend to anyone that likes good food .

Best Ramen Ive ever had. Grilled Sushitos are must have appetizers. I always get a different entree and am always impressed. All the sake weve ordered is great, and a good beer selection too. Love the punk rock . Compared to Red Light Ramen and Clear Bar (Intercontinental) they are tops in Tonkatsu along with many more dishes.

The last 6 months Ive been doing a lot of traveling between Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. I can say that Tochi is definitely in the top 2 Ramen places out of the 10 or so Ive tried out in the last 6 months! Get a bowl of any of their ramen and wash it down with some unfiltered sweet sake. You wont regret it.

Love this place. The vibe is so unique - ramen and punk rock - and executed perfectly. Food is absolutely spectacular and the service is always swift and friendly. You can order an old favorite off the menu, or try one of the revolving specials. Dessert is exquisite. Its never dull at Tochi!

I had the pleasure of ordering the cilantro pesto udon tonight. The. dish. is. flawless. The brothclean and fresh, the udon a perfect chew and that jam...the God damn shishito jam! A little sweet, a little spice. Chopsticks dont cut it with this dish, grab a fork and shovel it down!

Everything about this place is great! The set up is urban and inviting. The owner and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The presentation of the food looks just as good as it tastes!! Such a neat place, appetizers, ramen, desserts, sake, you name it everything is good!

Absolutely fabulous from the ambience, service and food. The brat pot stickers rock and the ramen and udon dishes are unique and amazing. Always add either a fried egg to your dish or an extra deviled egg and save room for desert as they are unique and change frequently.

My girlfriend and I want for our first time today. Im so happy to report I was not disappoint. Our server was Mikkin and she was fantastic and the food was delicious. This has now become my favorite eatery in the area this is a must visit.

I like this place alot, the food was great and the vibes are amazing. Although the food was great in my food they added an insane amount of onions and cucumbers, when we asked for cheescake theu ran out, and we had to wait for a table
