I have eaten Ramen in Japan for the past 4 years so I tried the Miso Ramen at this restaurant and was very disappointed. The broth was very bland and didnt even look like a miso soup so I asked the waiter about this and he showed me the package that they buy which is a pre-made soup mixture (liquid) which is why it did not taste that great. They do not make their soup from scratch! I have made my own from scratch at home and it was much better tasting than what this restaurant is serving. I really wanted this to be a great ramen restaurant so I could look forward to eating there often but that will not happen now.

Worst customer service ever.....went there with a few friends and ordered some ramen cause we were craving some. Waiter took our orders and came back with totally different dishes from what we ordered. Whats worst was that they gave my order to someone else and instead of taking it back to the kitchen they took it from that person and gave it to me right in front of us both which I thought was rude, even though it was the same dish that was ordered. Then waiter blamed us for ordering wrong when we clearly showed him what we wanted. Never going here again.

I havent had Ramen this good since I was in Japan. The skewers taste exactly like you could get at a festival. Definitely, check this this place out if you hunger for authentic Japanese food. The fried rice options are a little more americanized but are a good option for people who arent as much of a fan of Ramen, like my Husband. The sake selection was surprisingly good. Prices are super reasonable, and when I went service was average, nothing exceptional, but not bad in anyway. Online ordering for carryout is a plus. Overall a good place to eat!

The place is very cute inside, despite the boring brick exterior. Service was OK, but not great. The food tastes fine, but is incredibly salty... Its worth thinking about if you have problems with that. I had a pork Udon soup which left me sated but salt-swollen. I havent been back, and dont know if I will. There are other places in town I can go for the same kind of food where the saltiness is a little more appropriately controlled.

Wonderful food, very friendly staff! A great value here. Broth was rich and flavorful. Noodles perfectly done. Pork was flavorful and tender. Im not a super fan of the nori sheet, but it works well enough. The beef skewer and mushroom skewer were amazing, especially for the cost. I also accidentally left my debit card here. They were kind enough to hang onto it until I could pick it up the next day. Thanks very much!

We got the savory pork ramen and beef curry rice to go. The ramen was delicious. The beef curry rice was good, but next time I think well stick to the ramen or try other items next time. We ordered as take out through the website, so we werent sure how long it would take. So I didnt hurry to pick it up. It was ready and waiting when I showed up 20 minutes later.

I went here with a friend, he ordered a beef curry dish, and I got the chicken yaki soba (which is a noodle dish). The food was great, portion sizes nice, pricing fair, and the service was fast and attentive. The menu is had plenty of choices, and it all looked good. Lastly, the atmosphere was casual and pleasant. Definitely will be going here again! :)

Worst customer service ever. Waiter wrote down the wrong dish for us and made it seem like it was our fault for saying the wrong one when we pointed to it on the menu because we couldnt pronounce the name. Also spring rolls same out late and the inside was cold. You can tell it was frozen and thrown back into the oil. Never going here again.

This may seem a bit weird but I didnt even try the ramen!!!!! I will be back though, I had the beef and onion skewers along with chicken skewers and fried rice it was amazing food I totally reccomend this place it was great and fast and just the right temperature too. Also the sauce in the skewers were outstanding 10/10 for sure I love it.

I went to Ramen Station a little after 6 oclock on a weeknight. There were two of us and we each ordered a bowl of ramen. The hosts were very friendly however it took almost forty minutes for our food to arrive! I could see that the cooks were really hustling to keep up with demand, so I am giving them 3 stars.

Awful. 0 stars. Placed an order via app for delivery. Store called 75 minutes later to tell me they couldnt deliver (either out of area or no delivery driver; there were mixed messages). I called back to make sure the order was cancelled so my money would be refunded and was told "Thats not my responsibility"

Its decent but a little pricy for what it was. If you like other Asian places around Madison, youll probably enjoy this place, too. But, if youre looking for a place that lands in a good spot on the authenticity versus value scale, this place is only decent.

Best chicken fried rice Ive had. Lots if chicken and good flavor. My son had a Ramen bowl with beef and loved it. Its a little pricey for lunch bit the serving sizes are generous. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had the vegetarian ramen and was pleased with the amount of veggies. The broth was nice and creamy and the noodles a good consistency. The fried ice cream, while tasty, was not as crunchy as I would have liked.

Not great for vegetarians but they do sub extra egg for the pork. Their ramen is delicious, the servers are friendly, and prices are maybe a little on the high side but worth it for the big bowl you get.

Food and service was good. We lived in OKINAWA for some time and were craving real ramen. We also tried the yakisoba and curry. It was everything we hoped for! Look forward to returning.

I had the spicy beef ramen, and my girlfriend had the beef curry. They were both very good, and offered a plentiful amount of food for the price. The sake selection isnt bad either.

It is one of the two Ramen places I know about. It had ramen that was good. Not as good as the Ramens back home around Seattle, but it passes and helped give me my ramen fix.

Do not recommend this place. I assume Sapporo Ichiban is better than that. Very slow service and they were not warmer soup. I hope they can improve the quality somehow.

I come to this restaurant between 2-4 times a month. Reasonably priced, the staff is always friendly, and the food is amazing. Its different, but its also comfort food.
