We have used the location in Wauwatosa for Catering at my place of business and last weekend for my family reunion. I feel we get the best of both worlds with exceptional service from the staff in placing the order thru delivery and with value in the pricing of the trays. If you have not used the catering service, I highly recommend you do for your next event. Like others who have reviewed Firehouse on a personal level it is good food at a resonable price. If you have not tried a brownie yet, save some room on your next visit as they are soft/chewy and very yummy.

If you like hot sauce on your sandwiches, this place can accommodate. They have like 20+ different varieties of hot sauce for your sandwich so there is sure to be something for everyone. My sub was very good but my wifes was a bit soggy for some reason, which made it not as enjoyable as it could have been. Not sure if it was just because it was a hot sandwich that was wrapped up to go or what caused it. We only live 3 minutes away so I didnt think it would have been an issue, but oh well. Prices are a little high but not horrible.

The subs are really good here. Waiting for your order can consume a bit of time. If you are working and going here for lunch, you may want to call your order in for pickup. The place was pretty clean so far as I could tell. I am impressed by their LIBRARY of hot sauces available. Reading some of the labels actually got me a little bit scared. I would go back again. Better than Subway. No comment on comparison to a Quiznos.

Just moved here from Ann Arbor, MI and no one in A2 beats these subs. I always read the 1 star reviews first and concluded they probably started with an attitude so gave subs a try. Service was fine. Turkey club sub and salad were about what we expected but the Steak sub with BBQ sauce might literally be the best sub Ive had. Already in my rotation schedule.

I started getting subs here when Ubereats added them, and boy have I been missing out. Out of all the sub places you could go to, both chains and local, this is the best in the area. subs are hot, delicious, packed with meat, customizable for free. I recommend the hook and ladder or the engineer. always get large because you will want more

Good Subs good wait staff excellent help the restaurant is immaculately clean. I am handicapped, I dont get out very often. There is a man named Corey , he was very conscientious of my needs. He went out of his way to accommodate me, ( for which I am thankful. ) I would highly recommend you go there, theyre not shy with the food either.

I have been to Firehouse Subs four or five times in Wisconsin and one time in S.C. and each time was impressed with the friendly, polite customer service. My first sub experience was the Steak & Cheese, it won me over and have yet to try another. Guess that only one GREAT example of whats forthcoming! Yum!! Good job team!

Best service i have had any where. The best club sub i have had in my entire sub eatin life. Makes other sub shops look like there run by kids for kids. This is subs for people that want what they pay for. Bacon so tender it melts...a must try for any one really hungry or just a little hungery n want to save fo later.

First time visiting the restaurant. Didnt have to wait long for order to be taken. Ordered to go. Got home and I must say the sandwich was delicious. No complaints from me. I ordered the club and it surpassed my expectations. Will stop again.

This is my all time favorite sub place! The subs are amazing and the workers always have a smile on their faces when we go there. My son is very picky about what he eats and how he eats his subs and theyre very accomadating to that.

We visit Mayfair or Menomonee Falls locations often, and the service is always personable and pleasant, and our Number 6, is always on point, more than enough meat and you dont have to pay extra for it. 5 stars plus 5 more.
