One Call Truck Center
On September 13, 2017 went to purchase some food, and at 8:42PM there was nothing left. I was told by the Manager that the restaurant is closing soon and it is normal not to have any food left. All I want to know is why you advertise everywhere that the restaurant is open till 9PM if there is not food after 8:30PM??? After asking the same question and start recording everything with my cell phone, the pissed off Manager told me that he will cook my food, but only what he can cook fast because it takes time for Orange Chicken and he has no time for it. After my order was taken, 3 more customers walked in the restaurant and left pissed off for not been able to order anything. My order was done and paid by 9:03PM. I have everything recorder if anyone cares at all. Very disappointing!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I paid for plate, and I get little bit of rice and some orange chicken. When I asked for more rice, as it should be, she told me that I need to pay extra. Really? What a customer service!!! That blond girl what is working over there is shame for the place. She has no skills to be there and sell food. She is so bad. Panda just lost loyal customers, like me and my family.

Smaller containers? Seems like it. Customer service is sometimes good. When the boss is there workers looked more pissed. When the boss isnt there its pretty chill and workers are a lot less stressed and mean. Boss makes them yell every time you donate. I find that unnecessary the ringing of the bell is enough. Cant eat peacefully with everyone screaming every 5 minutes because someone donated.

Screwed up order from the get go had a bigger plate almost didnt get 3rd entree and then they were out of black pepper chicken and couldnt get someone to make it as the front people yelled 3 or 4 times to the back and then the back didnt make the correct entree and its because of the horrible communication and dedication of their employees go to the other one a mile away

I ordered a 2-entree plate for takeout today. More than half of it was not edible nor fresh. The fried rice was crunchy. The sweet fire chicken breast was absolutely dry, had clearly been sitting there all afternoon. And I have no comment about the orange chicken, because, well, I was served a ladle full of crunchy fried orange chicken BREADING pebbles and no chicken.

The first problem is the website. You think you order something and it never showed up. Once you get there to pick up your order,as they are looking at you crazy. I tell the lady this isnt what i order. She never tried to help,I threw my food away right in front of her eyes. Bad customer service.

Im a huge fan of Panda Express. This location has not let me down yet. The employees are always friendly and they never seem to mind cooking something fresh at request. Ive not had a bad experience here.

Excellent chinese food. Lemon chicken is perfect could eat it over and over again. Ate prior to closing time but people still pouring to take out. I guess they love their panda while watching TV.
