We stopped in for some endless apps. The hostess was nice. We put in our drink order and food order. I asked for lemon with my water, the lemons came after the water. A different server delivered our food. We asked for silverware and plates. We sat there watching our food get cold. We saw the server taking care of her tables and obviously had no intention of getting us plates and silverwear. We flagged down another server and asked for plates and silverwear. Heart pushed the plate the lemons were on towards me and we waited more. We saw our own server and flagged her down. We asked for plates and silverwear. She walked away, the other server brought silverware, no plates. We wait. Our server returned with silverwear and no plates. We asked for them again. We wait. At this point, our food is cold. Our server brings plates. We eat cold food. We needed a few things so we spend a few minutes trying to flag someone down, we finally see our server and flag her down. We asked for drink refills, ranch for the remaining buffalo wings, napkins and second round of appetizers. We sat another 5 minutes trying to get service. We saw our server walk by 3 times. The table next to us had the same issues with the same server. At this point, the wings are too cold to eat, the ranch never came and I ask for a manager. We wait. The water came right before the manager did. Still no ranch. The manager apologized and said theyve been busy all day. He took care of our bill. We left and wont return.

This is my local Fridays and I have been here many times. I feel that every other time it is a great experience or a horrible experience. This last time I went was the worst to where I do not want to come back. I got the endless apps which is a great deal. I sat at the bar and it was a Thursday night. I ordered 1 and it came out 20 minutes later, and then they kept forgetting to put my orders in. I saw my order come out and the girl completely ignored me and took it back. I asked 1 of the bartenders what was going on with my potato skins and she replies. "OMG THAT WAS YOUR ORDER...(bartenders name) YOU ARE A COMPLETE IDIOT. Then she said sorry shes really stupid and they both started laughing. I was so offended that most of the people in the bar stopped at starred. THEN I had to ask for like the 3rd time sooo am I going to get my potato skins anytime soon? I was there for 2 hours and I had 3-4 apps. It was not even busy in my opinion....and it was extremely rude as a customer. They didnt apologize, or even offer to get me another app asap. Im sorry but I will not be back to this location, I would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes for better service.

My boyfriend and I stopped there on the way home on Christmas Day and we ordered food to go. They were busy and had stated the kitchen was backed up but said it would be 25 minutes. It ended up being 40 minutes. We live 20 minutes away from the restaurant and when we got home we realized our appetizer was missing. We had to drive back for it and they were kind enough to comp the whole ticket, but we were checking the appetizer before we left and the beer cheese cup was not even filled halfway. There was only a 1/4 cup of cheese that was barely enough for 1 pretzel. We had to ask them to fill it. The fact we had this item missing and had to drive back 20 minutes for this and they didnt even fill the cup halfway sends a sign they just didnt care. Then when we got home and opened the rest of the food we noticed one of my sides was missing which was an extra 1$up charge. Yes they comped the meal but still, we had initially paid for this and had 2 things missing. Im very disappointed since I go to this location fairly often and usually we dont have issues like this. Im not sure if we will return or not.

This location is always crowded because it is located in Woodfield Mall. Went there last Sunday, we were seated right away but had to wait a little bit for our server to approach our table. Love the burgers at Fridays! Had the All American Stacked Burger with cheddar cheese, onion bacon jam, asiago & parmesan spread with thousand island dressing and peppered bacon. Also had the Blue cheese stacked burger with melted blue cheese, roasted cremini mushrooms, balsamic & green onions, roasted garlic rosemary aoli and peppered bacon. The burgers were hot, prepared very well and were delicious. One of the best perks of joining their rewards program is that you receive a free burger on your birthday. Despite always being crowded, the wait time for seating, and service are usually better than most others #CitiExperts @Localguides

Our family had the most uncomfortable service ever. When we first entered we had to wait for a couple of mins and when we asked for menu, while we were waiting, the woman at the front basically threw it at us. Then when got our table, our server came to our table like twice and we literally had to walk up to her in order to get a refill and pay. Not to mention the horrible seat they gave us. We had 2 babies and they made us sit in the middle of everything and every time they had to go thru we had to move our chairs. The food I got supposed to have "sizzling" cheese, instead I got something that dried up. Need to reevaluate what evers going on in this spot. Waiters name is Alexia.

Ordered pick-up. There was no one at the front desk to pick-up from for over 5 minutes! A huge line built up of people waiting to be seated. My soup was upside down and leaking out of the tupperware they had it in when I opened the bag, before even leaving the restaurant. Dressing was ordered on the side and was not on the side. Pretty much screwed up everything, experience and food was terrible. Would not recommend going here ever! Im done with Fridays everywhere thanks to this shitty location!

We were visiting from Houston and havent been to TGI Fridays in a long time. The restaurant was close to the Hyatt Place where we were staying and although there were many other restaurants, we chose this. Food was great and service was great too. With two small kids, it was perfect and the kids menu provided ample and healthy choices. I had the pasta bruchetta, and my wife had the black bean burger which she said was one of the best shes had. I would go back to this and other TGI Fridays.

The new menu is lacking in choices AND quality. The once traditional and delicious potato skins are now measly little wedges that are just plain mushy instead of crispy around the outside, gooey on the inside. On top of that, what dishes they do still have on the menu have been modified. And not for the better. The Parmesan crusted chicken is now served with no sauce, leaving it super dry and somewhat flavorless. Not a good experience today. On a positive note, atmosphere and service were good.
