If I could give negative five stars I would. The past three times we have gone into the store to order they not only lost our order each time, but when we asked for an update we were told it was a busy and they would complete the order as soon as possible, all while those who had ordered after us were getting their orders and leaving. Each time this happened it wasnt until 30-45 min later that they finally said, "someone else must have taken the order." No apology, NOTHING. All they did was act annoyed that they had to remake the order. When we complained to the manager about the lack of customer service and being blown off multiple times even they didnt apologize and just said sometimes this stuff happens. While I can under stand this happening on occasion, multiple times in a row is too hard to call a coincidence. Today we decided to give them another chance and to try ordering delivery hoping it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, it was far worse than anything yet. We were estimated that delivery would be 30min. 30 min. went by, then 45 min, then 60. At this time we called for an update on the order, the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and made no effort to identify the problem, put us on hold and said that they would have the manager call us. 15-20min later still no call back so we called again and told them to cancel the order as at this time it had been an hour and a half and no one could give us an update on the status. We were told that the order could not be canceled and that it was on its way, after further complaining we were to told to come into the store for a refund. 15 minutes after getting off the phone our order finally arrived, keep in mind this was now 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had originally placed the order and we are less than a mile away from this Cousins location. The delivery driver was rude, I requested that he have the manager call us and he said well you can call him at the number on the top of the receipt. I told him no, we have already called multiple times he can call us back and wrote my number down on the order for him to take back. This employee when he thought I wasnt looking he asked my friend where the garbage was to throw it away. Even after all this, we opened up the order that was delivered to find it was completely wrong. 2 hours later: wrong order, horrible service, lack of any concern by the manager, and we are still sitting here hungry with no lunch. From now on we will go up to the Cousins on Hwy 100 and Greenfield as they are friendly, polite, and they actually care about service quality and the customer experience.

Spent over 200.00 on 4 party boxes-delivery was late and there were no napkins or plates.I had added a10.00 tip onto the charge and I asked the ower, Gary, to refund it. He would not put it back on the credit card or send me a check-even though I live 45 minutes away he insisted I come pick up the cash in person. I sent a self addressed stamped envelope and never got my money. He even stole my stamp! You have my info Gary-you can still make this right .Everyone else-beware of using this business for a large event-you may end up with less then you expect.

Looks like many reviews are a bit old. I have never had a problem with this location. I come here for lunch sometimes. When I place my order ahead of time, its ready by the time I get there. Have only had one issue in the past, and I think it was the fault of the ordering system online rather than the store itself. I am knocking 1 star off because I think this place could be a little cleaner. Its not bad or anything, but it kind of looks "messy" at lunch because no one cleans anything up. The staff keeps busy but the manager should look into that.

I worked with the manager (which ended up being the owner) for an event our Church community had on October 24th. She was extremely helpful, easy to work with and really focused on my needs for this event to be successful. She listened and was very attentive to the details. Everyone mentioned how good the food was and came back for seconds (and thirds). I am so glad that I came to this particular location to cater our event. Thank you! Sue S.

i would not recommend this place first when I walked in I was not greeted at all, the employee was not happy in the face and seemed as if she did not want to be there secondly while I am eating my sandwich I bite into something gooey and slimy, I did not order that with my order at all I will never eat here ever f***ing again.

Ordered Philly steak and cheese with everything but onions, plus mayo,I got a steak with a clump of American cheese and ranch. I took order back up and got onions on new sandwich,my lunch break is only so long. Needless to say that I wont be returning. Very disappointed.

Called to place an order and the woman was incredibly rude on the phone and hung up me. I made her repeat my order and she still got it wrong. I didnt realize it until after Id picked it up and left. Either she is stupid or purposely got my order wrong.

Ordered 2 subs on parmesan bread, one with pickles. Repeated on phone order several times. Got regular bread for both, and no pickles. I live right n between this Cousins and the Burleigh one, guess which one I will continue to frequent?
