So I gave your Downers Grove store another try tonight. Ill never step foot in here again! I ordered on line, came in at 5:51 and the kid behind the counter couldnt find my order, an older gentleman came out and found it in the garbage can! I ordered brown rice and orange chicken, they didnt have brown rice? Without a doubt the worst service Ive experienced in quite awhile. Very poorly managed, store really pales compared to the Darien store. Its dinner time and half the trays were empty in the case. No brown rice? Oh well, good luck!

This is the third or fourth time Ive tried going to this place and they closed early for no reason and with no prior warning. The one time they were open we showed up 45 minutes before they closed, with 7 or 8 people in line, and stated they werent making anything other than orange chicken because they said they were closing in 15 minutes. I only saw this wasnt true when I checked the store hours outside the building. This is the last time I ever try eating at this panda.

Went to that Panda Express last night and was very disappointed and disgusted! Waited over 3 mins when some lazy worker didnt obviously want to do her damn job! Remind you no one was in line. I ordered one simple thing and not long after I left I noticed she gave me a broken box and had to throw away since the food was all over the floor! Worst service at that location! Im making sure I get refunded!

I went at about 8:20PM (they close at 9) and all they had was what you could legitimately call leftovers. Like three 1/4 full trays of food no one wanted and no rice! I asked if thats all they had and they said "we stop cooking at 7:30". Really? If theyre going to operate that way then they should offer the leftovers at a discount.

Just about the same as every Panda Express, so good on them for maintaining the status quo. The parking lot can get a little tight at lunchtime, and sometimes Lexuses think they own the whole thing and can just back out while youre trying to pull in.

The worst Panda Express ever. The few times Ive come here they have either opened late( one time a whole hour late) or they are out of more then half their menu. I will never come to this panda again.

Worst Panda ever.they had no selections everything was empty so choices were hard to make.the choices i did make was nothing but vegetables cause they let the food run down with no replenishing.
