My family and I all paid a visit to Olive Theory Pizzeria tonight. There were four of us. Three of us ordered pizzas one ordered a sandwich. Of course the one who ordered a sandwich ended up getting a pizza instead. So we sent it back for them to fix it. When they dropped off my pizza it was burnt and they gave me the wrong sauce. They messed up 50% of our order. When they brought me my replacement pizza they brought it with spinach which I did not order. I chose to eat it this time instead of sending it back. The pizza was very good but it was a terrible first experience. On top of it they didnt even apologize or offer to make amends. We wont be back! It should have been a hint when we walked into a pizza place on a Friday night and there were only 3 people eating.

I was going to panera bread but found this gem next door and boy am I glad I walked in. As you walk through the door you are greeted by an excellent decor and well placed lighting. I love seeing LED lights in places like this! Stepped up to the counter and Alex was great at explaining how to order. This is a "build your own pizza/sandwich/salad" place, but i opted for a suggested sandwich called "The Big Bang" and also got a cream of mushroom soup. The soup was great, not overly salty like most places. The sandwich was good too - though i felt like it was missing something. Overall a good experience, id probably come back here again when Im in the area, maybe Ill try a Pizza next time!

Phoned in pizza order today. Were told 3 - 5 minutes. Went to pick up and still had to wait. Need a special pick up line, so its easier to get in and out. Ordered Buddhas Karma and Athenas Gift and a make your own spicy pizza. The Buddhas Karma and Athenss Gift tasted just exactly the same. Nothing different. Spicy was OK, not great. Very skimpy on toppings and cheese. The crust was the best part of the pizza. Our pizzas looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Dont go here hungry, because youll leave the same way you came in. After reading all the reviews, we were terribly disappointed. I guess we just have high standards.

Have been to this location a few times and have always had great customer service. The family that runs it does a great job. Always very helpful and talkative. They messed up my wifes pizza with the toppings and she insisted it was okay and she would eat it, but they insisted on making her a new one. As we were finishing dinner he comes over with the pizza that he messed up saying he tried to fix the toppings so we would both have a few pieces to enjoy. They definitely went out of their way to make us happy. Needless to say we will be continuing customers!

Great pizza! Tons of options I had the pesto butter crust with mozzarella and a small amount of parmasean cheese with bacon, olives and mushrooms. They suggested I add the garlic oil topping and it was fabulous. A little oregano and seasalt!! You can add whatever you want to the pizza for $7.99.(11 inch personal pizza) Also shared the oreo cookie dessert...I want one of these in St. Louis.

Olive theory is amazing. We call it owl pizza on account of the owls everywhere, and you should too. The concept is basically everything starts with a ball of raw dough and they can make sandwich bread or a pizza or bread sticks with the same dough ball. Its like the stem cell of food. The cooking only takes a couple minutes so its definitely doable for lunch. Yay owl pizza.

Gf brought a pizza home and it tasted pretty good reheated. Decided to try one fresh, and I wasnt disappointed! I like the concept of building your pizza down the line like a certain other sandwich and burrito place. Price is comparable to said places. First time here, but Ill be back again and again.

I was impressed by the service. I came in there feeling run down by a long day and the friendliness of the staff cheered me up. Also an a large selection of toppings all out to see while they assemble my pizza. Tasted delicious, as I would expect from a specialty pizzaria.

Pizza is fantastic. Restaurant is very clean and peaceful. Pizza has a Nice thin crust, fresh ingredients, made to order. Staff is exceptionally courteous, engaging and eager to please. Looking forward to seeing one in the aurora or Naperville area. Great experience.

Great price, QUALITY pizza, the employees are so great and respectful, I come here every day after work. 7.99 for an UNLIMITED TOPPING pizza. This is crazy. Love this place I highly recommend you try it, they even have soup, sandwiches and salads. 10/10

Didnt skimp on toppings, and the crust was crispy. Love it. Topping selection is pretty good, and they have Kalamata olives that I like but they dont have Gorgonzola cheese or red onion, which are both available at Blaze and Mod - thats just me though.

Excellent fresh pizza, friendly and helpful staff! Build Your Own is a great feature where you can add as Many toppings as you like! If you think toppings are skimpy, you can ask for more at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
