The worst customer service I ever experienced. The manager Edd was very rude, he racial profile me and my family . The waiter gave us someone else food and took napkins off someone else table to give to use. I had to ask for water and napkins several times, Edd the manager argued and embrace me in front of the people in the restaurant, and my family, for a situation I brought to him. I am so disappointed with their service there! All I wanted was to enjoy dinner with my family and have a Awesome time! The service was so bad with Edd the manager, that my 7 yr old daughter ask me "Mommy why are they so mean to use...! unbelievable, for her to pick that up from them! I will never go back there! I will be calling their corporate customer service first thing in the morning!

My family and I decided to go to this location for dinner. They had us waiting for 30 mins for a table even tho we called ahead to make sure there was no wait, which there wasnt when we arrived. They told us that they had to put tables together even tho we were only 6 people. While we waited they seated everyone else they came in straight away even parties as big as ours. 30 mins later they seated us on uneven tables that were awkwardly placed and made it uncomfortable to speak to one another. We complained and they pretty much said there was nothing they can do about it even tho there were other tables empty.WIll NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVER PRICED AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH IT

Poor service here. I called to see how long the wait time will be, when they answered my phone call they were laughing and were not paying attention to me. Finally they said 30 min. We arrived there to get a table for 2 and they didnt pay attention to me. They were laughing and talking to one another. One of the four girls there asked for my name and i said Danny, then the second girl said Oh Benny they both started laughing and i corrected them. After that a girl said ok table will be ready in 30 to 45 min then the second girl said yes 45 to 1 hour. I was confused and we decided to leave without saying anything. Bad service. Hopefully next time i go there they are more professional.

Ordered 3 burgers, all of which had bacon. 2 out of the three burgers had RAW bacon on (how dangerous), like not slightly undercooked, BUT basically RAW. The waiter said, "do you want me to have them cook the bacon", are you slow? The raw bacon has been sitting on my burger, no thank you, please remake and keep the bacon. Manager didnt apologize, and didnt credit back the bacon up charge. The manager did not articulate well, and kept saying i offer you free dessert, again No THANK you. Learn how to treat customers, learn how to speak on a professional level, learn how to implement quality control prior to sending raw food out to customers, DISGUSTING all the way around.

I dont really like the food here, but my wife does, so I wont detract stars for food quality. And this place has some yummy alcoholic drinks. Our server was a nice-enough gentleman, and we had a good table. Why the one star then? Because near the end of our meal a party of a lot came in demanding to be seated. Because they were rude, management felt pressured to accommodate them, and because my wife and I are nice, the manager pressured us to hurry up so they could combine our table with the other tables and seat the new party. Thats not acceptable. "Any desert? No? Okay, so will you be going then?" That was a real bi*# move.

Never have I been treated like this before, the hostess continued to over look my party as we stood in front of her fir 15 to 20 minutes. She caterd to everyone on my left and right, but never look at me nor my party. My party and I left after being over looked and tried not to express our unpleasant experience. Never will I return to this location.

Poor!!! Service was bad. Had to asked to be served twice because Casey was inattentive and slow. Food came out like warm and cold because it say on the back. Had to ask if food was ready , bought out half an order and said the other half would be ready in a few minutes. When the other half arrived it was cold. Rather go to Tinley Park Fridays.

Absolutely horrible. Our server, Rea, tried a scam on both of our tables. The scam being, adding on things that we no longer wanted and adding multiple charge to a single item. When asked about it she had a guilty look on her face. As if she didnt expect for us to notice this. So please, read what you order here.

Felt offended being asked am I going to share my food on multiple occasions when I havent even ordered an app. If u need a food police, Im not interested in coming. I can spend my money at some of the most expensive restaurants in Chicagoland area.

The Stripes Rewards program at TGIF in Orland is really awesome with the buy one get one free meal. My husband and I eat there frequently and enjoy their meals. I dont understand the negative reviews since we have always had excellent servers, good food, and fast service.

Food came out at a decent time. The food was delicious for such low prices. Also, my waiter was very attentive! The kitchen manager was making sure that my parties food and those of other tables were excellent. The restaurant was very welcoming and I will for sure be returning.

Whoever the blonde bartender that worked wednesday at 10 didnt serve me or my friends at all because she had beef with my friends. Idk what it was but i am still a paying customer that had to wait 15 mins everytime i wanted a drink because she didnt want to come by us

WORST SERVICE EVER...... We were ignored for fifteen minutes before walking out. there was barely any customers, there was more people working then the amount of customers and we still were never even offered water or drink order. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.

Out of all the Orland Park restaurants, this is my and my boyfriends go-to spot. Great food and drinks, good deals compared to other places in the area. Love the $5 off you receive after taking a survey. Pretzels and margaritas are great.

Tried the Endless Apps and got a bonus surprise...$3 Linie beer on tap... Food was good, portions were small so keep em ordering but great way to get through them all . Favorite was the pot stickers...

I had a "on the double" special. Caesar salad and spicy chicken sliders $8. 99. I also had a bowl of tomato basil soup $5.50. Everything was good and i walked away stuffed and satiated. Ill be back!

TGI Fridays is the worst cheapest food ive prolly ever eaten in my life. Their food tastes like it came out of the microwave and has been sitting underneath a light for several hours.... NEVER AGAIN
