I would give this place 5 stars if management would do anything. Currently sitting on the patio. Our waitress Tiffany is working her tail off on the patio and has called another wonderful gentleman, Terry out to help. She was thrown to the wolves out here on a Saturday night that there is a concert in town as well as a NASCAR race. Terry delivered our food to our table and then turned and started helping her. Management should be helping the bar and running food and helping in any way that they can. I have worked in the industry for 9 years as a server and expo in the kitchen...I know what it means to have a managers help when needed to make patrons happy. This is our third night here in a row, as we are staying in a hotel across the street. It just kills me to see a gal so stressed because no one will even give her a hand. Great restaurant...but needs some better help from above.

I had a horrible experience at the Tinley Park, IL location. Our waiter was fine but the food and the management were terrible. We were dining in and by the time I finished 4 of my 12 traditional wings, I immediately got chills, began sweating profusely, and began vomiting. After vomiting I spoke with the manage and was highly offended by his comments. We were immediately rudely accused of not actually being sick by the food when my vomit clearly contained only the chicken I had eaten in the restaurant. The manager, Chris, was very combative and instead of trying to be understanding, became very disrespectful. Because of this experience, I will NO longer be a patron of this corporation. Horrible, awful, terrible experience!

Last time i went there, was for lunch, and they have this thing, where they start a time when you order, and if it takes longer than 15 minutes its free. Well our time went over, so we only had to pay for drinks. Once that happened our service was TERRIBLE, the waitress completely ignored us, we waited forever for the checks, and we still tipped her awesome because the meal was free. I could not believe how unproffesional they were about following their own policy though! I will not be going back.

Our service from the waitress was 5 star quality and i would definatley come back here when I am in town. Better service than other BDUBS locations Ive been to such as Normal, Illinos. Also, great for sporty people to keep up with the game but a nice enough volume to continue a conversation. Lighting is also mood setting, great place for a 3rd date but the food is a tad too messy for a first date. Just enjoy yourself and fun will surely follow in a place like this.

Weve been going here for lunch for almost a year now. At first it was great, food was good, service was good, then they remodeled & it went to s**t. Service is slower that molasses, food is still decent, but we are on lunch, wait staff stands around talking to each other, while we are sitting here waiting on our checks so we can return to work. Not sure I trust them to be a lunch time location any longer. Definitely gone down hill.

It was the worst experience Ive had at b dubs. First the host was extremely rude. Then we had to clean off our own table and when we asked for someone to clean every employee looked at us like we were stupid. Then when we told the manager he just shook us off like we were dumb. Went in there and it took 20 minutes to get our order in, another 30 to get our appetizer and 30 more to get our actual food. The silverware was dirty and when we asked for new ones she brought it back with food on the napkin thats wrapped around it! The restaurant had like 16 people in it and we STILL had to wait this long. DO NOT EAT AT HIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

Waitress wasnt the greatest, they seem to be hit or miss. The bathrooms were broke the whole time i was there, but apparently did get fixed shortly after i left. Food was pretty good, though the sports on the tvs sucked. The triple berry mojito was also good, not on the menu but they can make which is why it gets 4 stars not 3.

Exceptional service. The manager Mike is extremely personable and went the extra mile with service. I was on the road for company business and misplaced my receipt, I called in and spoke to Mike said it was no problem and so he looked through all the receipts and emailed it to me. Service like that is hard to find.

This place needs some decent help, service was terrible. For a place that is supposed to specialize in wings, mine were terrible. Instead of my bill being $20, they gave me someone elses bill for $95. The location is not great and unless they step up the service, this location will probably fail.

They have a large dining area and equally large bar area. I think they have outdoor seating as well. Food is usually good, except last time there was an excessive amount of sauce on our wings (carryout) which was undesirable.

Food is OK and service is hit or miss but its still a fun place to have a beer and take in a Hawks game. If there is a wait for a table and it looks to be teenagers waiting head straight back to the bar to grab a pub table.

dont go on your lunch hour, unless your lunch hour is really an hour and a half. They have no concept of sense of urgency. The food isnt really exciting, its ok at best, but their service is ridiculously slow.

Meh. Food was decent. Service was friendly, but very poor. Drinks averaged 20 minutes, tickets had excess charges for things we didnt order or receive, and payment was completely mixed up. Wouldnt come back.

Service is minimal at best, cheddar wedges have nacho cheese on them instead, our waitress is rude and so far the only good thing I have to say is that the beer is cold and I walked from the hotel.

Seated quickly, 20 min. Later a waitress shows up, other tables were quick, food was ok, but nothing to brag about. Would I come here again, no wouldnt waste my time. You get great service elsewhere.

Very slow service, sub par wings and a LOT of kids made for a so-so evening. Granted, it is a nice atmosphere and plenty of TVs to see all the games. Just could use a lot of improvements.

Only 1 server on staff 15 mins after opening so we waiting 5 mins to sit even though 1 other table here. Food took over 40 mins. Not coming back to this location. Poor management.

A friendly sports bar atmosphere. Food is good. I like the honey BBQ crispy chicken salad with baslamic dressing. Multi games in multiple tvs, plus oker games and trivia games.
