The employees are very polite, the place is clean, and the food is....well the food is panda express. All of it tastes very similar and it isnt "great". I think it is best summed up as fast food chinese food. Why 3 stars? Because they havent seem to have figured out how to deal with more than one person in line. When I go there I want to get "fast food" and if there is at least one other person in line, it can take a while to get even to the counter to order. On a plus note, they have several almost healthy options. You can get a steamed brown rice bowl with either the string bean chicken or the teriyaki chicken for fairly low calories and fat. Both are quite tasty! Sodium is probably fairly high though.

All i can say is a big dissapointment. I always looking forward to eat at panda express no matter what state i visit or city i go! But this panda express in pleasant prairie wi is a big disappointment! There fried is bland, the noodles is kinda semi over cook, they give you very little portion of almost everything. The staff is friendly but the quality of food is not what panda express that i know! I hope the management look this up and read it carefully and save panda quality great food. Cause if it dont change youll lose more customer everyday for quality!

Worst service. I waited for more than 30 mins for my food to come out and when I asked for a manger I was told that there was no manager on duty. The employees would rather help the customers that come through the door than help the customers that have already ordered and are waiting for food. The staff does not know how to communicate with each other.

Good quality food, thd orange chicken is especially amazing, but I usually have trouble justifying the higher than average price. The serving size is usually enough for a meal and a snack later (at least for me), and Ive always gotten the suspicion that the takeout containers fit less food than the eat in plates. Still, its a great restaurant!

If Laurie is working the front youd be so lucky. Shes patient, kind and efficient with handling multiple customers. Good job Laurie! As far as the food goes, the rice was bomb, the noodles were fire and the ragoons were fresh. #vegetarian Im sure no establishment can get it right every single time. But this time, lucky me.

The food was lluke warm at best. The womens bathroom looked like someone had a distressful moment Walked in and out. I brought this to the attention of the staff. Their reply was " yeah someone already told us about it". The definitively shortted is in the food also. Filthy.

The service was prompt and friendly but my food was lukewarm by the time I got to my table. This may just be the way it is as the entrees and rice all sit in chafing dishes. The food itself was okay. Ive had better quality chicken at independent Chinese restaurants.

Good value, food is above average for fast food. The Orange chicken is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. They even have a few healthy options. Pretty tired of them constantly asking for donations but, I thats just me and it is for a good cause

Disappointing experiences every time I come here. If the lines arent long, the food is either dry or cold. Theyll make fresh food if you ask, but be prepared to wait. Very nice place when it first opened, but has steadily gone down hill.

This Panda Express serves up tasty Asian fare in a nice, clean setting. Service is always prompt and friendly when we visit. Portion sizes are decent and the family feast is a pretty good deal if youre serving up dinner for 4 or more.

A good place to go if you want decent, quick chicken fried rice. I used the online ordering service to get rice for my daughter and all I had to do was walk in and grab it. I paid under $3 for a large container of rice.
