I give them zero stars because they make the pasta with little or no sauce at all. It is extremely dry. Dunno why they would want to sell just boiled pasta! If you claim that there is a sauce "Spicy tomato cream sauce, penne pasta, roasted mushrooms, tomato, spinach, wine and parmesan or feta", this is what your menu boasts- then make sure that you have enough sauce to coat the pasta. The guy tells me that I need to pay for extra sauce. I suggest that you just sell boiled pasta without the sauce and charge for the sauce separately. If you are here only to make business on the sauce, then i suggest that you mention so in your menu. Disappointed yet again! never ever go to this place. Definitely not worth it.

Im rating this location relative to other Noodles and Co. locations - and to say the least, it doesnt hold up. I usually get their penne Rosa, and here the noodles were slightly rubbery, the sauce was thinner and less tasteful, and the parmesan-crusted chicken breast was chewy. Furthermore, my girlfriends Japanese pan noodles were definitely spicier than they ought to have been. That being said, I wouldnt say I was repulsed by the place. Just that I wont be coming to this particular branch anymore.

Not authentic, but thats to be expected for an American chain that serves pad thai alongsode speghetti and meatballs. Pad thai had too much sesame seed oil to give it a strange taste. Not enough vegetables and barely any egg. And its not a fresh egg, but rather that paste stuff. I had the pesto before and just remember to wasnt that great. Not worth it imo, but a lot of people like it. I guess its worth a try at least, but no more for me.

Soo dissapointed ! I went in noodle company thinking that i would get some nice mac and cheese. What i got were a few creametts in a bowl with powdered cheese powder sprinkled on top! It was not even mixed. I was expecting a nice piece of mac and cheese with real cheese, nice and gooey. This restaurant really needs to rethink everything! Terrible

LOVE THIS PLACE. The only noodles and company I will go to. Love the atmosphere, genuen employees. Teressa is always so kind. Food taste amazing everytime ! From the north shore girls :)
