My husband and I went there for lunch; we were greeting warmly and seated immediately. Waitress came over, took our drink order and thats when it all went downhill. She brought back the drinks and proceeded to take our order. Very friendly, but when the order came, my Philly cheesteak was missing the cheese sauce. I asked the "expediter" to please bring me some and never saw her again. My husband literally had to get up and go searching for the manager, while my cheesesteak was getting cold. Manager came over to the table, took the sandwich and brought it back with about a tablespoon of cheese sauce on top. I nearly laughed! I ate it anyway before it became colder than it was. Our waitress never came back to check on us or to refill drinks. My husband had to snag another waitress and ask her for refills. Waited 10 minutes for the bill after we got our "to go" boxes for our appitizer of pretzels which we didnt finish. We asked the waitress for a little extra cheese sauce for the pretzels to go as it was all gone and she said there would be "an extra charge." They need to serve more cheese sauce with the pretzel bites in my opinion. My husband and I only finished half of the bites and had used up all the sauce that was served in a very tiny cup on the side. At least two of those cups with sauce would be better. We told her to forget the extra sauce and asked for the check. Finally, the manager brought our check and apologized for the waitress, saying "she just came back after having worked here last year." Training anyone? Did not offer to comp a dessert or take a little off the bill for the horrific service; just a lame apology. We wont go back to this location again!

I dont normally give reviews on chain restaurants. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Red Robin. The bar was almost exactly what you would expect. Now I know some people would give a poor review for what I am giving a high review. I sat at the end of the bar that was evidently the company water cooler. The bitching sessions that took place, were balanced by words of appreciation to each other. The bar tender was on his second day, and did awesome. most of the staff is part time, and work regular jobs on top of this. I give a 5, because they deserve it, based solely on service. they bring personality to everything they do. and getting a behind the scenes involvement was a great evening. Lets face it, we pay to watch reality shows, this one was no different, and it was interactive.

I understand this is a chain burger restaurant but I had to leave a review. I had some amazing customer service at this Red Robin and the management should be proud of their staff. I go here with my toddler because it seems like the acceptable local family spot with loud and yelling kids while also getting a decent burger. I was served a very rare cooked burger when I asked for a well done. I mentioned to the server and he went out of his way to accommodate me with a new burger and fries. He checked up on me when the new burger came out, made sure it was cooked properly and the manager even came by later to make sure I was happy. It seemed a bit over kill but this type of service does impact my decision to return to restaurant and I give a kudos to the server and manager at this Red Robin.

First time at a RED ROBIN. Cant say it was memorable. Had a grilled chicken sandwich. Asked the server if it was a nice large chicken filet. Server said it was. When it came the filet only covered a little more than 1/2 the bun. Condamints on the side looked mangy. I guess it tasted O.K. but not up to expectations. Wife ordered a mushroom burger. Again it was O.K. but had little flavor other than the mushrooms. I have had better many places. Also ordered an order of "HERBED/GARLIC FRIES". No herbs and almost indistinguishable garlic. Asked for another order with "heavy garlic. Waitress brought an order with no herbs or garlic. Tried a third time. Fries came with no herbs and very little garlic. I gave up !! I dont think well be back considering the many alternatives.

I dont really like Red Robin. This review is not reflective of this location in particular just generally Im not a huge fan. I feel like they have mediocre burgers and decent fries. Its like a Fridays with a more limited menu (although they probably have more menu options, just a lot of configurations of the same stuff). There are a lot of other places in the casual dining category I would rather go over Red Robin. All of that said this location is clean and the wait isnt too horrible so if you like Red Robin this one wont steer you wrong. Service is a little slow at times but I think thats part of the red Robin experience every time I have been to one.

Four of us went to dinner and I ordered a Souper Wrap Combo. My meal was a Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap and Chicken Tortilla Soup. My soup wasnt hot but I started to eat it anyway and found a sticker in the soup. When the waiter came over to check on us, I showed it to him. He showed the manager. The manager came over and apologized (something about it being a freshness sticker on the soup bag). She didnt offer to replace the soup. The bill came to a little over $70 and $0.80 was taken off the bill for the soup. I feel that either my meal should have been comped or a free dessert should have been offered, something. $0.80 really???

Worst, most unprofessional location I have "ever" eaten at (I cant stress that "even" enough) in the restaurant industry, and thats the compliment of this location. They showed nothing but disrespect, uncomfortability, lack of service and a hint of "personal vendetta" from the MANAGER! If this is the type of people that Red Robin hire, then its no wonder why customers/guests would want to stop coming to Red Robin. If you are to eat at a Red Robin do not, I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give a lower rating I believe it deserves a lower rating. My 1 star is a compliment with the insult that this location has provided.

Just left and wanted to share, this was our first time at this location. The food was spot on, i came in with the guac burger in my heart and it was amazing but my boyfriend got the western burger (?) And i had serious burger envy. What really made the visit was the service though. Our servers name was brian and as someone in the industry even i was blown away. Our drinks were NEVER empty which always impresses me. He made great recommendations for ways to improve our meal. He was prompt, friendly yet not hovering. It really made our night!!!

Every time I go here I have to wait 30 minutes for an extremely burger when the place is almost empty and Im on a tight schedule. Burgers are ok, definitely not worth the inflated prices they charge and you gotta wonder whats going on when theres a 30 minute wait and your co-workers/friends are looking around like "WTH"? Interior wise its your standard sports bar like atmosphere with TVs placed in odd places (like in the floor right at the front door.)
