Well.. I have been there couple of times, and actually the food is delicious. However; the prices are too high considering to the meal because they only put a little rice on the meals. The people who are working there are nice, but the service isnt so good. I believe you need a waitress to serve the customers. You also need to renew the menu, since its kind of complicated because its do messy! My American friend went to the restaurant once, but he didnt order because the menu wasnt clear and the worker didnt explain to him very well. BUT the most important issue is about cleanliness! The place isnt really so clean, you need to work on this issue as soon as possible. I hope you change the tables, chairs and clean up the whole place. I had a meal at the restaurant couple of times, but I have never felt comfortable setting there and eating my meal. At the end, I apologize if this bothers you, but I really wrote this to help you make this restaurant the best in MKE. Youve got a really great food, you can do it for sure! Youve the skills! The restuarant was acculay good when they first opened it but then the servece there started getting worse and worse. The new owner does not know how to run the business, he alwayse come late and take forever to prepare the food. On the website it says they open at 9 am, and i went there a couple time and waited for an hour and they never opened. They also hire people who dont even speak english. The last time i went there, i ordered and waited for 45 minutes and then it turend out the women was working there did not understand me when i order so basecally i was waiting for nothing!!. Everytime i go there i say to myself thats it!! I will never come to this place again.

أول تجربة لي في المطعم كانت ممتازة لكن الأن مستواه عادي إلى سيّء للأسف و الأسعار مبالغ فيها في بعض الأكلات بشكل عام الموظفين مبتدئين و الخدمة بطيئة أتمنى انهم يحلون المشاكل في اقرب وقت لان الكل متحمس للأكلات اليمنية

Food is absolutely delicious every time that I eat here. The chicken shawarma is amazing. The owner is very nice and gives Marquette student discounts. With full, healthy meals at a reasonable price, I would say Mendy has the best food and friendliest staff near Marquettes campus.

Used to get carry out from this place. Then, on a busy night they gave me half as much food as normal and replaced the flatbread with some underwhelming pitas. When I complained, he invited me to not order from them in the future. I will comply.

This place is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in the area. The roasted lamb dish is phenominal, two big pieces of lamb on the bone with delicious seasoned rice that comes with 2 good sauce things.... really good

Great food , very filling. Comfortable atmosphere. Love it here! But I wish there was a waiter. Many times they are out of the things I want. They need to have everything in stock thats on the menu.
