Everything here is delicious! Ive been coming here for years and watched the business grow/expand before my eyes. No matter how much extra space they get, the place is always packed at lunch. This is because they can do no wrong behind that counter. No matter what you order off the menu its always fresh and flavorful. Once they added the brick oven it was game over. The pizzas and calzones are amazing! Definitely worth a try if youre a fan of the Neopolitan style pizza. Theyre also great about customizing your order if what you see on the menu isnt quite to your liking. Build that pizza you always wanted!

Clean mom-and-pop Italian deli, but overbearingly heavy on the UPSELL to the point that its really ANNOYING! A bit overpriced for what you get, food taste and quality are just "all right", certainly nothing to rave about or pay more for. This is my 2nd visit, was met same rude service once it was determined that I wasnt going to be buying out the joint. This time I was told "this is my career, not my hobby". Ill be taking my money elsewhere where career jerks dont run the place.

Just wow. The owners are so nice and they expanded also. Nice little tucked away jem with an array of different meals, and all better than the last sandwich I have had in the past. This place is worth it. Havnt tried the pizza, but do they look real good coming out of that wood oven!

I love this place! I was craving lasagna the other day and happened to be at good guy vapes (also a high quality store) and I stopped into Bontá. I had their meat lasagna and it was amazing, the service was also quite nice. I went back yesterday for more of their lasagna!

Nothing else like it around here,trust me, I know! When you travel to other European countries besides Italy,they have what is called "fake" Italian restaurants, meaning not owned and operated by Italians. The quality and tastes are sub par. Bonta is NOT a "fake"!!!!

This place is wonderful. The staff are unbelievably friendly and kind, and the food is delicious. I really love the stuffed tomatoes. The pizzas are also amazing. My favorite part about the place is the ambience. Its a great place for a fun and simple date night.

AMAZING sandwiches and lunch food. Beware, you will pay more than for a combo meal at a fast food place but the price is completely justified. I take friends and clients and vendors here all the time and Ive yet to see anyone walk away without becoming a fan!

I like this place. Very good food. No pretension. Limited menu, but a cool little market. My aged beef sammy with arugula was very good. Service was from super nice people. If I lived here, this would be a once every couple of weeks takeout.

Wife and I just had a delicious lunch at Bontas. We split a spinach calzone and an egg plant Parmesan. Total price including two drinks was $18.25. Got to love low Lake County Illinois sales text rates. We are sure to be back in the future.

Here for a work trip and discovered Bonta my first morning. Ive gotten every meal from here for the last three days. The food is incredible (breakfast, lunch and dinner)and the owners/ staff are so sweet. Highly highly recommend!
