I went in as a Walk In to order some sugar donuts. They were 4.19$ for small pieces (7pieces) compare to other Chinese restaurants in Milwaukee. Ok, I figured they probably taste and are bigger pieces then other places. Im thinking this before I get my donuts. So no!.. they were cut in half from what you originally would get & I dont know if its the dough or sugar they use but it has after taste to it. The young man/boy that took my order had an attitude when I asked about the sugar donuts. Basically I am not satisfied with the service and my food.

I was at work and decided to call and order food from them since I was alone and couldnt go pick up lunch. When I dialed their number a customer walked up and I decided it would be better to call them back than to ignore a customer so I hung up before anyone answered. Apparently they have caller I.d. and they decided to call me back wait for me to answer then slam the phone down on me. Who does that? Im glad I didnt order from them nor will I after how rude they are and reading the other comments.. I like to get what I pay for minus the hair..

My husband ordered dinner for us tonight from them. The rest of the orders were fine, but he had ordered chicken fried rice and the rice he got had shrimp (which he is deathly allergic to). He called the store and explained that he had ordered the chicken fried rice and that there was shrimp in it. How can you put shrimp in chicken fried rice. When it specifically says CHICKEN FRIED RICE. I wasnt to thrilled with my fried rice. Never ordering from this store again. But they did send the correct rice after my husband called and complained.

Horrendous. Ive ordered from here twice. Each time I did not receive my full order. The second time, I called to correct this. A lady came on the phone who would not listen and repeatedly yelled at me. All I wanted was to receive what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less. There were 3 people here to verify what I ordered and what I received. This lady continuously yelled and hung up the phone on me. I will never order from this "restaurant" again. I can not believe how they treated customers after multiple mistakes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If there was a negative star Id give it. The service is awful. The people anserwing the phones are impatient and rude. We ordered for a family of 4 about ($50.00 worth) and almost everything was wrong. When we called to get it made right they said they didnt know how or when they could get it delivered. No apology, no refund. Just an overall horrible experience. When we want chinese well make the trip to a nicer restaurant we know rather than going for convenience. Save yourself the headache.

My family has been ordering here for years as well. Delivery does suck.. sorry 1hr~1.5hrs... and we r straight down layton on s. Howell... so like 20ish blocks?? Language barrier can be an issue so we learned quick to order online. Otherwise the food is good, good prices too. (We have had dry lo mein once or twice) We mostly use Panda Gourmet in Oak Creek now, because its closer and does have a higher rating. Super No. 1 is good though. My advice is to order online for pick up. 20mins tops for your food to be ready.

The delivery driver was polite & on time I give Them 1 star because of that... however the food I give 0 stars. Rice tasted like water it literally had NO TASTE and it was over cooked drenched in onions peas and carrots. The chicken was very soggy and the SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE TASTED LIKE DISH WASHING LIQUID which sent me over the top Im highly annoyed because I was hungry but the food turned that right around...So much for trying new places how can u mess up Chinese food ?? Ill stick to China King on Chase Ave...

This is my first and last ordering for this place i placed an order for delivery and its specifically said delivery minumun 10.00 the delivery man told me since i didnt give him a tip dont order delivery anymore. Its snowing where i live and i called in the person that placed my order said he needs a tip its snowing . I suggest dont deliver food any bad weather. Rude people ignorance doesnt discriminate DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER. PLEASE DONT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We order from there ALL the time and today we got delivery. First they tried to give us the wrong food then when we unpacked the bag and we were missing the crab rangoon....no big deal they forget stuff once and a while...well guess it was a big deal...when we called she basically told us we were liars. So were out our money and our crab rangoon. So Im choosing to fight this injustice with spreading the truth. Food was only ok but it was the best around this area, hence the frequent orders.

I have been looking for a place to order and deliver chinese food in Oak Creek for quite a while. I tried this place and they have the best food! The Orange Chicken is yummy. Also tried the Chicken Lo Mein. The best item I liked on their menu is the Beef & Broccoli.. You can view their menu online and place an order online. The prices are very reasonable.. They deliver to most Milwaukee surrounding areas! Im so happy I finally found a place for chinese food that I actually like..

This is the only decent Chinese place that delivers to 53207. No. 1 on KK? I got food poisoning. Kwik Wok? Bland and overcooked. China King? Blech. We got the Mu Shi and the General Tsos. The Mu Shi was really good and the General Tsos was alright. The soups (Egg Drop and Hot&Sour) were tasty, as were the crab rangoon. This will be the only Chinese place we will get food from in Bayview from now on! We really enjoyed it. Plus, our delivery guy was super sweet.

I ordered lunch here for the first time and was extremely displeased. The chicken still had hair on it and i paid an extra $2.00 for shrimp fried rice and got 3 shrimp in it. Literally. The rice didnt even taste like chinese fried rice. I recommend not eating here. It was a waste of money. if it had not been for being on a timed lunch break I would have taken it back. Instead I jus tossed everything. I will never eat there again.

I ordered delivery and the food was 1 1/2 hrs late. The explanation was the delivery man forgot his cell phone at the restaurant and could not find my place. Come on, this place is on 20th and Layton and I used to lived on 55th and Edgerton. I could have gone there and cooked the meal myself and have it in 30 min. I have never got a apology or even a free meal. Shame that they employed people who dont know directions.

Ordered my food. When order delivered part of my order was missing. I called back thru apologized and said next time I ordered I would get free egg rolls and crab Rangoon I explained I dont order often and would like my food. Was told sorry very busy night free egg rolls and crab Rangoon next time. Not free I paid for my missing food on tonights order. Awful customer service
