While the food Ive had has been very good, I cannot say the same about the service. They are slow in every aspect and borderline rude if you question their timing on pick up or delivery. I hate to say it, but I left the driver (20 minutes late) with no tip. I used to be a delivery driver so this is an extreme rarity. When I called about the late delivery, I was provided with a very short and rude quip about how the driver was on his way. I live within 5 minutes of this restaurant. It does not take an hour to make and deliver the order I placed. As I said, the food is good, but due to the service Ive received both with carryout and delivery, I will no longer patronize this establishment.

We ordered for delivery, 40+ minutes later we get the food. Our order was messed up. Shrimp fried rice instead of the chicken fried rice that we ordered. So we call them, and the lady on the phone says NO YOU ORDERED THE SHRIMP. And then finally she says okay but we need the shrimp fried rice back. Seriously I am not trying to get two orders of rice (which wasnt that amazing anyway) but I believe they put that shrimp fried rice back in rotation, and that is disgusting. Also, their sweet and sour chicken is soggy.

the food is solid especially for the price. $5.00 buffet is a good deal. Good general tsos chicken. However the service is worse than the 2008 detroit lions football team (0-16). Their buffet is from 11-2 and if your not their by 1230 they rarely restock the food on the buffet line. The delivery service is awful. They took 2 hours once to deliver. They finally came and I didnt tip. The guy was so mad he sat outside of my house honking his horn yelling NO TIP NO TIP! Rude service

Tried their other dishes and it was horrible. order was completely wrong and not even good for being wrong. Went back the next day and the manager told me that he wouldnt refund it because i didnt bring the food back. I argued and eventually he offered half my money back, argued more and and i got a full refund. Wont go back there, thought the manager was very rude for implying that because i didnt bring back the gross food that i was lying about it.

The first time I ordered for pick up a sweet and sour chicken combo they forgot the egg roll, no big deal. Yesterday I ordered the same thing, got the egg rool. But I noticed thesweet and sour chicken either had no chicken in the fried "puffs" or the chicken was the size of a marble. Waste of money. Ill just spend the extra driving time to go to Great Apple chinese food on National 1 block off of hwy 100, Their food is always perfect everytime.

Love this place, the only thing I ever order is the sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice, an egg roll, and crab rangoons which has been delicious every time! Cant say anything about the other food but I enjoy what I order! I live right down the street so Ive never had it delivered but its always ready on time when I go to pick it up :)

The food is pretty good, normally we pick up because its like 1 block away, literally. This time I hurt my ankle and had to order and its been an hour and so far no food.. I called and they said he was on the way... 15 minutes ago. I could have hoped there and back on one foot in less than 15 minutes, so Im a little annoyed

Your basic carry-out "Chinese" food. Its close to home and will deliver, I tend to end up here post-call. Veggies and meats are flesh, but really all their dishes are the same thing with different sauces. The Mapo Tofu was nothing like how it should taste, Id avoid that. Its fast and filling, itll do.

Ive been going to Panda Hut since I was pregnant with my first child who is now 18 and absolutely loves their food today as well, both my children love the food and there is something that everyone likes. Food has great taste and is fairly quick, hot and fresh! By far the best Chinese food in Milwaukee!

Ive been going here for years, & I love it. Tried a few other places in the past, but Panda Hut is hands down the best. Te food is great & fresh. The sesame chicken or beef is the best I ever had & so is the dragon & Phoenix. I now live south west of Mukwonago, but will go out of my way for them.

First time trying this place and I will never try it again. It took forever to place the order, once the order was placed I was told 30 mins. My co-workers and I waited over an hour for our food to be delivered and once we got the food it was cold. Very disappointed.

Been eating there for a couple of years and has always been good up until lately some different people there taking orders 1st she got my order wrong then we went and it was awful noodles were dry and tasted old chicken also didnt taste fresh very disappointed

Ordered from them online, got a confirmation that my order was place just after I placed it and a confirmation email.... an hour and a half after waiting for them to deliver it, I called and they say they didnt get my order. Wont be trying them again.

The food is very good for the price. The online ordering is also very convenient! You can put in an order and pick what time you would like it to be done... when you arrive, it is there waiting for you. The people working there are always very polite.

Ordered take out here many times. Food is always ready quickly and correctly. Portions are always good. Never had a bad experience here. Great location, if street parking is unavailable on greenfield, theres always room in the back alley lot.

The Best Chinese food in town. I have been eating there for 20 yrs now and have Never been disappointed! They have THE BEST SWEET & SOUR SAUCE this side of the Mississippi! Reminds me of China Town back in San Francisco. Love it!

Good value. Everything comes fresh constantly, so food sitting long. There might be a little wait , but its fresh. Not a huge selection, but its fine for a quick tasty lunch at very reasonable price.

We live 3.7 miles (per Google Maps) from the restaurant and they would not deliver to us. If you advertise 4 miles you should deliver 4 miles away. Now were not even going to go there. Booooooo!
