Horrible experience...ordered food took it home and saw that they had messed up ordered. When I called them they stated that I should come and get new order of fried rice....I explained it was too far to come back for. The lady said she would give me the cost of the rice off my next order. When placing next order she refused stating she would give me another order of fried rice...as a diabetic I can not eat all that starch...just wanted $4.50 off my $40.00 order. The lady started yelling and I asked why she was yelling and asked to talk to the owner and they put some young kid on that was even ruder. Heard them talking about doing something to our food....horrible and scared to ever eat there again...I have been a manager in food service since 1980 and can not believe that there is a place with such horrible customer service....Food good until THEY mess up the food and they dont stand behind their mistake and try to make the customer happy......

Ordered multiple items from the menu. Everything was pretty good. General Tsos chicken dinner combination plate was good. Shrimp egg foo young was outstanding. The egg drop soup was delicious and not too thick like some egg drop soup Ive had in the past. The free california roll was delicious. The fried dumplings were just ok though....kind of unimpressed by them actually. Overall a really good experience. For an online order for takeout to be exactly right is something that doesnt happen very often. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Large amount of food for under $40. We will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately, this place is awful. I tried it when I first moved to the area, and the food was beyond bland. No flavor whatsoever. I tried it again a few weeks ago at lunchtime to give it another chance, since there arent a lot of Chinese restaurants in the area. Just as awful again. Its almost always dead when I drive by, and now I know why. Once you try this place, you wont be back unless you either know the owner/cook (like one of the previous reviewers) or you like throwing money away.

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant a few times a year since it opened and have always raved. The last couple of times have been poor, though. We both ordered sweet & sour chicken, which previously had generous amounts of green pepper, pineapple, and cherries along with the great chicken! But tonight there were 2 small pieces of pineapple, 1 small piece of pepper, and no cherries on in either dish. We also ordered crab rangoon and it was undercooked. It was extremely disappointing.

By far one of my favorite restaurants ever! The owners are extremely friendly and always very welcoming. The food is delicious and very fairly priced. On more than one occasion, Ive asked for completely off menu food combinations and Karen(the owner) has always accommodated me. I love this place and will return as often as I can. Dont ever let someone like Sanjeev dissuade you from trying this wonderful restaurant. Some people just cant be pleased.

my wife and I have been going to this restaurant since early last year and the food is always good. She also has gone when it was the chai garden and noticed no difference in quality of the food. I personally love the shrimp in brown sauce but there is other lunch specials which are good if you want to save some money.

Dont take any negative reviews about this place seriously... If you stick to the classics like general tsos or orange chicken and some vegetable fried rice you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hand cut/battered breast meat and fresh vegetables. Worth a try for sure...

My family and I have been eating at Chai since they opened. All the food is simple yet delicious. Hands down the best chinese on the south side. Ive never taken a single person who didnt leave loving the food. Im just glad they dont deliver because Id be tempted to order every night!

Was questionable at first seeing as I have never ordered from them before. And I go for sushi fairly often. I ordered the Godzilla roll, egg fu young, and some noodles. Everything was phenomenal!!! Food was hot, sushi was perfect. And I will order delivery from them again and again.

This is my absolute go to place for take out sushi! The sushi chef really knows what hes doing and is always coming up with new special rolls that never disappoint! Paired with friendly and speedy service and reasonable pricing, I will continue to give them my frequent business!

I have been going there for the last 2 or 3 years .all my family members go there since I introduce them to a oyagi. They love the food and Karen is always nice to us. The food is always fresh and hot. I love the tempera box and my husband loves the shrimp in lobster sauce.

This place felt like eating home made Japanese food. The K-Pop roll-->highly recommended it if you like spicy and non-raw sushi. Gyoza was fine, well seasoned but a tiny bit greasy. Miso soup was so nice and tofu was just perfect!

This place is a hidden gem! The owner is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home. She always remembers us! Their sushi is some of the best in the area, and we love their egg drop soup - its delicious and not too oily.

After I tried them food when it opened two years before (they just open two years) . Never go other Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant ! Lovely general tsos chicken and fresh cut fish . I am a fan of thems miami roll !

My favorite place to get egg drop soup and orange chicken. The chicken looks like actual pieces of chicken, the veggies always look fresher and I dont feel like Im eating a bunch of grease when I eat there. Excellent!
