Food is good but these are my two snafus. One time they gave me wrong food at drive thru and when got home had to drive back to get the right food....frustrating. A few weeks later I decided to eat inside they said they were making new rice/chicken and it would be a few minutes and they would bring it to my table. But then they helped more patrons with other orders and I sat and waited for a while but they never came. They did not make my order until I decided to finally go up to the counter and remind them. Again, frustrating. This is the only location I have encountered this and I hope their staff will improve with time.

The portion of food was very small, I ordered a plate with two entries orange chicken and walnut shrimp. The walnut shrimp only consisted of four shrimp and very little orange chicken, this really surprised me because I have ordered the same items from other pandas and the portions were never this small. I guess I will not return to the mokena Panda again. The food was very good and the employees were friendly I must say.

Food is delicious and always taste fresh. The only downside is the portions of entrees seem to have gotten smaller and the rice portion way bigger. Last year, I would get a bowl that was half filled with white rice, half mushroom chicken. Now the ratio seems to be 3/4 full of rice, & 1/4 of the good stuff.

Tried to give the whole Panda Express a few tries. Every time I have gone to any Panda Express the food always seems to taste like it has been sitting there for hours....never fresh. If you want expensive crap Chinese then this is the place for you. I love Chinese food an this is far from it....

My family and I had just ate here and we were all VERY satisfied all thanks to Jose and G. The young ladies provided EXCELLENT customer service. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner anyday! I have now made this my new Panda Express!

Full of ditzy employees, they dont pay attention to what you order. I had to go back a couple times because they messed up my order. The manager sucks. Its unfortunate that this is the closet Panda to me.
