This place should have the name Gross Ranch. The pizza had no flavor and was absolutely cold. The salad bar was dirty. The potatoes and gravy were cold. I took one bite of my pizza and spit it out right into my napkin. The soup was cold. The only good thing was the ice cream. I will never go back. I will never recommend this place to any one. I cant believe they charge $12.00 for that nasty food. I didnt even eat $12.00 worth of food. Let alone finish my soda. We didnt even get a greeting at the door . The person just said 4 of you and told me the total. After I had said we have never been here. The person just said I pay here and help yourself. No explanation at all. First time there... WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK.

Very disappointing, walked in with a group after a softball game to eat on a Friday night at 7:30 and after a few minutes of waiting we were told that the food we see is all thats left. They told us that there was no food left not even to cook more. Along with that the employees were rude with their tone and made the comment that groups like us should probably call ahead. Regardless the group size or if we walked in as individuals, this is a restaurant that is obviously unprepared and lost out on profit.

By far the best pizza buffet chain Ive ever been to. The fried chicken is to die for and the pizza is pretty dang good too. Its nice to be able to order specific pizzas when you come for buffet as well. Would give 5 stars if they had a milk option for drinks besides having to pay extra and then only if you know about it and read the fine print at the counter. Otherwise awesome place and the dessert pizza is amazing too.

Stopped at the Pizza Ranch on Truax Blvd in Eau Claire, Wi for the very first time tonight. We came in the door at 7:59 pm, and they close at 8:00 pm. They still let us come in to dine, and the customer service was the best ever. Our 3 yr. old absolutely loved the Cheesy Breadsticks. And he is a very picky eater. We were treated very well, and would highly recommend this locations to all families. 5 Stars all the way.

Worst pizza ever it leaves a bad taste in ur mouth, worst by the slice, and it cost $12 spankin bucks per person my whole family thought it was overpriced garbage. The only thing good was the chicken and ice cream. They also had a varity of flavors...taco ranch pizza, barbeque sausage, and just about everything u can think of except chese and peperoni. Makes digust pizza so i gave it a 1.

I havent been to Pizza Ranch for a couple years because of the quality of the To Go chicken. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Pack. 8 pieces of chicken, two small sides. The time on my reciept was 5:04. I got in my car at 5:34. I stood there for 30 minutes and got burnt chicken... again. I dont think I will try again even though its very convenient to my home.

Best Chicken I have ever enjoyed. My family has very specific needs and we all love this Pizza Ranch. Great service from a team that makes you feel welcome. They have great variety on salad bar, and on drinks. Plus, the Drink doesnt cost you an extra $2.49. It is included with the buffett. That is why I think this value is 5 stars.

This reminds me of what Pizza Huts buffet used to be like 2 decades ago. The selection of pizza is good, but I wish there were more vegetarian options. It would be nice to see pastas available as well. The desert pizzas rotate frequently, so you can try them all. The cheesy sticks with sauce on them are the best.

The food is great here. They serve a great variety of pizza. Staff has always been friendly. However, my one complain is the christian themed music. Im coming in to eat pizza, not hear music dedicated to a religion Im not a part of. So, if you can just ignore the music you can have a delicious meal.

I have eaten a quite a few Pizza Ranches. This is the only one that played Christian music. Very off putting. You need to cater to all of your customers. Change it up. The service is outstanding. But the price is way too much for a pizza buffet. The chicken is the best menu item.

We absolutely loved it! I know my children and that day was the best chicken around here! Nice and crispy out side and tender inside!! My kids loved it and the soft serve ice cream was way too good! My kids had 3 soup bowls!! We plan on going back asap!

Went there for lunch there was no pizza on the buffet and there was twenty people standing around waiting for pizza then they would bring out two pizzas so the first 10 people would get some and no one else this went on for about 45 minutes.

Comfortable and clean environment( there was staff cleaning the entire time I was there). Nice selection of pizzas , and I thought their salad bar was great. Pizza ranch is more expensive than other pizza buffets in town.

Food was okay, but we all got sick after eating, the buffet was empty a lot of the time we were there and the seating wasnt great for bigger groups. Staff was no where to be found to clear plates from the table.

One of the most rude places to eat, thier food is goo because of it being a franchise. I am sorry, but the customer service was lacking and how they treated other employees while I was there, was HORRIBLE

The unprofessionalism held by Pizza Ranch is unprecedented I am extremely upset with this joint. I dont think the man who makes the pizza washes his hands very well. I saw him picking his nose.

Delicious, fair price, and good service. Wish they would have Wisconsin Cheese Soup more often, though. Great variety. Pizza and chicken are great. Save room for Cactus Bread and soft serve.

Honestly, thought it was overpriced and very processed food. Nothing felt fresh. I left hungry despite being a buffet. Go to Pizza del Re a few miles away for a better experience.

Pizza Ranch is a buffet (you can also order pizzas or cactus bread). They keep the food well stock, and they have a nice assortment of beverages.
